Panda Express

They have a gem of an employee, Jaime G. Never disappoints. Very energetic, gets orders correctly on drive thru and when you get to the window is excellent customer service. Thank you for making a simple visit so pleasant.

This is my 4^th time here, hoping that their quality would get better, being that this restaurant is recently new in town. It hasn’t got better. I think it might be getting worse.
Something needs to be done, because every time I go, the entrée I ordered are dried out, have no sauce and pretty much no flavor.
All the other chains, are very fresh tasting, plenty of sauce & good flavor.
I’ll still go to Panda Express, but not the one on Baseline Ave.

Ok this location is really new so we gave it a bit to adjust but tonight was crazy sad! Here are some pics of our «veggies». At some point there has to be a time that you toss out the old and make some new! Ewwwwwwww if you’ve ever had them they are actually a little juicy! These were completely shriveled and dry.

I have been to this Panda Express several times since they opened and it was quite interesting to watch it be constructed from nothing. This Panda Express is probably the nicest one I’ve seen. The interior is bright, clean, and open. The food is okay — it is consistent with what you get at all other locations. Compared to other options in Cornelius, this is one of the better ones but if you drive a few miles further there are many superior options. I generally come here when I am looking for something fast.
The parking lot is a bit unconventional but the drive through is long enough to adequately accommodate the lunch and dinner rush. Every time I use the drive through, the service is excellent — very friendly, cheerful, and prompt. My experience when going inside has been less consistent. The employees have been friendly but considerably slower — it seems that the drive through takes precedence over those that come inside. That’s okay though — I don’t foresee many circumstances where I would go inside instead of driving through. They may also be getting in the groove of things after opening a new restaurant so it may improve on its own.
Overall, this is one of the better Panda Express locations I have eaten at. 3 stars.

Impressive clean and energetic atmosphere! This is different Panda Express I have been to. Good service and feel welcoming as you walk in to the restaurant. I will be back.

a brand new, clean and modern Panda Express. The new design is great, it’s full of frienly and willing ot help staff. Some are definately still elarning however it is worth the visit, and I love the drive through!
