We bought our first product at the Vancouver Farmer’s Market. We ABSOLUTELY love it! Let me start by saying, I don’t really care for salsa. For most all restaurants and store bought products, a dip or two and I’m done. For this salsa, it’s delicious and taste like homemade(maybe it is?). We put it on tacos, burritos, and for just plain dip. I like their idea of adding it to other dishes like rice too. With every dip on a chip I want more! We’ll be making a special trip this weekend to get more. Hopefully it’s freezer friendly and we can stock up. It’s just a matter of time until this family run business gets to the point where they attract the attention of corporate US and get bought up. Buy now while it’s still fresh ingredients and awesome. (we(my wife and I) have absolutely nothing to do with this business. We just appreciate a good product when we find one. See my other reviews for proof) Did just as I said; went to the Vancouver market at Esther Short park and bought 4 medium and 1 hot salsa. One hot and one medium for the OSU tailgate party later in the day, one mild for lunch the following day with my son’s family, and one mild on Monday for a snack. All gone in less than 5 minutes! One mild left in the fridge. Damn that I’m traveling on business! 11÷11÷15: You know how you find a new food product and get completely stoked about it for a little time and then move on? Well, that hasn’t happened with this! Still completely awesome. Now purchasing it regularly at Chuck’s Produce.

Find it at the Wilsonville Farmers Market on Thursday’s, or at your local New Seasons. This is excellent salsa and it comes in three types; regular salsa, hot salsa, and green salsa. You can taste the freshness and the quality of the ingredients in every package. I enjoy the regular salsa with any Mexican dish, and the green salsa is amazing to eat with tortilla chips. The hot salsa is less chunky, and has good heat; we use it as a marinade with steaks, which creates a perfect carne asada. This is a family business and if you buy at a farmers market, you will see that they are some of the nicest and friendliest people you will meet.
