Stein Mart

I love this store. I am able to purchase and take back, purchase and take back & purchase and take back. I have seen some of the same items in higher end stores for a lower price. Gotta pick through, though.

I like to shop at Stein Mart from time to time. I was only able to stay in the store for about 10 minutes today, but I found a pair of earrings and my daughter found some dance attire. There were few customers in the store at the time of my visit which could be a concern. However, I enjoyed shopping for those few minuetes without hassles. My purpose for visiting the store was for her to find that workout attire so we accomplished our goal. I plan to return to the store to scope out all of the areas I missed and hopefully it will not be a big crowd. Oh, I did pick up a short-​sleeved white shirt — they always come in handy. It was really for my daughter, but I may keep it for myself as I should! I was quite pleased when a staff member called me over to ring me out, without having to wait for another customer to complete her purchase.

Stein Mart is an alright place. I had no real idea what it was til I wandered in while waiting for some work to be done on my car. I found it to be basically exactly like a TJ Maxx or Marshall’s. Great reduced price quality and name brand goods. Most of the time you’ll find stuff in here that’s much cheaper than new in other stores but once in a while you’ll find that you’ve been lead on by trickery to think you’re paying less for something that is actually selling for half that price at Wal-​Mart. Overall though there are discounts that you can find on just about anything that go up to even 80% off. For example I found a great pair of new $ 20 pillows for just a few bucks each. It’s a good idea to just be a wary shopper here and don’t get ahead of yourself thinking every deal is the best deal in town. Remember, everything’s cheaper when found lightly used at the Goodwill or Re-​store!
