This place is awesome, I live in the Bay Area but my hunting properties are way up
North, I had a fallout with my local butcher shop due to lack of communication and them screwing up 4 orders… I was happy to drop off my C zone buck at Ranchers. They even opened up for me to take in my deer. When I picked it up I was super pleased with the packaging and overall service. I even ordered one of the best pastrami deli sandwiches on my way out. Happy to find a new trustworthy butcher shop. Thank you!

Great alternative to the ubiquitous fast food along the I5 corridor. Easy to get to and right off the freeway. The meats were tasty and fresh. They bbq tri-​tip in house on Fridays and I highly recommend that option in your sandwich. There’s a small seating area and everybody is really nice. We could probably have gotten 2 – 3 sandwiches for the 4 of us but the kids are all set for dinner now, too. The chip and drink options didn’t appeal, but the sandwiches were great.

Great place for a fresh deli sandwich or to grab some local meat to bring home and do your own BBQ.
CLEAN, good service, but a bit pricey for the area. $ 8 – 13 out the door.
Oh, and it’s one of the only deli sandwich in town.

A great find off of Hwy 5. Easy to find and plenty of off street parking. Simple menu, plenty of choices though. The bread is fresh and they use choice meats. Portions are ample. Service is fast and there is a small eating area available.
This business is also a meat market with some lovely cuts of beef, chicken, pork — many in marinade and ready to go onto the BBQ. They also offer wild animal meats including both Elk and Buffalo, hard to find in most cities.

If you are tired of the same old fast food off the 5 and are willing to drive 1.5 miles off the highway check this place out. Great fresh sandwiches. Owner Dale is a great guy — the place is immaculate and fast.

Red Bluff, CA
This new family operated Meat Market and Deli has just opened for business with a make your own style of sandwich ordering. Robust Rib Eye steaks, Melt in your mouth Tri tip and and a large selection of other cheeses and meats are nicely displayed.
Where else are you going to find Marbled Rye to put your roast beef and cheese on? Three kinds of mustard and all the other goodies that truly make a sandwich your own.
Donuts and rolls the size of a small country await you at the pastry counter.
Wash it all down with Coke Zero and put a big smile on your face.
PS. They also have the biggest dog bones I have ever seen. Make your pup happy, give a bone to bowser.
