I’m so happy that I found this little gem on Market last week. Not sure how I missed it on previous trips to Corning, as I’m a sucker for anything that advertises itself as a juice bar, but luckily after a quick Unilocal browse I decided to try it out. While I have yet to sample an extensive portion of the menu, the two hot sandwiches, green juice, and smoothie I tried were all excellent. The ingredients at The Source are fresh, flavor combinations inventive, and presentation immaculate. Each sandwich was accompanied by a side — mine with fresh fruit, my boyfriend’s with a butternut squash purée. The food is on the pricier side, but for the quality of both the sandwiches and the sides, well worth the cost. Service at The Source is pretty standard; customers order at the counter, and sit and wait for their food to arrive. The wait for the sandwiches didn’t seem too long, but we got our drinks(a smoothie and a green juice) after we had ate most of our sandwiches. Unfortunately there is no WiFi, or else this would be a perfect place to sit and do work for several hours. Even still, I can’t wait to visit The Source again and continue to sample their innovative menu!

Love their food, juices, smoothies, everything! Laura is very inventive and has great ideas and does a great job carrying them out! Food is delicious and the juices always fresh and yummy! Only negative thing is they are too far away(about 16 hours!) or i would be here all the time!

We stopped here for lunch in January 2015. The food, service, and atmosphere are great. It’s nice to find a restaurant that offers both meat based and vegetarian options that are equally delicious.

We are hear relocating and the staff at The Source made us feel right at home. The fresh juices and amazing and they have a separate vegan and gluten free menu available upon request. Their salads and burritos are divine and you can really taste the freshness and love in everything they prepare. Prices are excellent and their retail area showcases local product, artisan chocolates, and even a small grocery section. I have a feeling I’m going to become a regular.

Have eaten here several times, including today. The food is always fresh, prepared perfectly, and reasonably priced. The juice is delicious of course but so are the burritos, salads and my favorite breakfast quinoa porridge. I seriously get take out from here as an alternative to going through drive thru, my kids are not disappointed. Thanks for being consistent and keeping it fresh.

Stopped in for lunch again today and asked Laura to recommend a sandwich since I tend to get stuck on ordering the Turkey-Cranberry(love!) She suggested Grilled Turkey-Brie-Strawberry-Basil. I had a side of delicious mixed fruits. Can’t get enough of this place. The food is so satisfying.(See my photo of this one)

Love smoothies and green drinks. They have gotten faster with service recently. Staff is sometimes curt and not welcoming. Not so good at accepting constructive suggestions. They have good food but need to work on customer service

I got the breakfast burrito because it sounded like all that is wonderful would be fitted inside. I was sad that there was an equal amount of sour cream and eggs. I had one piece of bacon and couldn’t detect any hashbrown(although per the menu the burrito included hashbrowns). Not a bad breakfast item, but could be executed better. Perhaps by leaving the salsa and sour cream on the side, there would be more room for the good stuff.

My third time coming here I ordered the chicken burrito which was really good! All the ingredients were fresh and tasted great. It was also a great size not to small or too big. I paired it with a Ali’s Studio smoothie which has blueberry, strawberry, banana, coconut water in it. I loved it so healthy and tasty no added sugar just fresh fruit! My sister had the Chicken Salad wrap which had chicken, Craisens, Grapes, Mayo, and a Spring Mix in it. I don’t even like Mayo but this wrap was really good! She paired it with a one of the Peanut butter smoothies the Steuben Massage which has chocolate almond milk, peanut butter, banana in it. Can I say wow she was yelling at me to stop trying her smoothie. If you like Panera you will love this place its Panera on steroids! I cant wait to try more stuff here! We also tried a few of their homemade chocolates. The maple cream, caramel vanilla cream, and peanut butter ball. The first two were amazing if I wasn’t so full from lunch I would have ate more. PB ball was like a Whopper candy is form which I wasn’t a huge fan of. We also looked through the many of photos of the lakes in the area for sale. They also have many homemade items like honey, jams coffee, ect. It really is a neat place to explore. The service was second to none they were very friendly and helpful!

Where do I start. The Source literally has it all. It’s a hidden gem sitting in plain sight. I’d walked past this store front for the past year thinking it was primarily a basket/gift shop, not knowing they had food/drinks. Well, ‘The Source’(formerly Beyond Baskets), is more than a market store, a gift basket shop, a place to get specialty chocolates, it’s also has full service breakfast/Lunch and a juice bar with a ton of options. This morning I enjoyed a generously sized Breakfast Burrito which was full of fluffy eggs, crisp bacon, hash browns, salsa, sour cream and cheese all neatly fit into a fresh burrito shell. The burrito was delicious, and was accompanied by some fresh berries. They serves Heavenly Cup coffee which is very delicious, which I enjoyed. But you can also enjoy a drink from the lengthy list of Fresh Juice, Beet Juice, Smoothies, Wheat Grass Shots, etc. I will definitely be going back to The Source, for their delicious food, made with fresh ingredients which was accompanied by friendly service. Now to spread the word!
