Called to try to make a reservation spoke to a male was told one was not needed. Service was terrible was not greeted until 15 min after I walked in ended up being told I could sit at the bar but others who walked in after had no reservation but they found a table for them. Food was eh nothing to write home about I would stay away considering I ordered two entrees and an app and it took almost 3 hours!!! Also is just a beer and wine bar. Would not recommend or ever go back!

Not sure where these other customers were eating but our experience was utterly atrocious! No one acknowledged or welcomed us(also the other 3 couples that came in after us were never greeted either). When we stated we had a reservation the two servers, said they knew nothing about it. A male took our phone reservation, which the busybody and bartender(only serves limited wine and beer) were male and also didn’t know of our reservation after being told it would be a few minutes, over 30 minutes later we were eventually seated — that was after we pointed out the table for 4 was set up over 10 minutes already. We asked for a manager and the waitress stated there was no management on. The owner came out and began explaining that this was not her only business — that was her excuse —(maybe if she focused on this one or took a customer service course it would help), told us that she would make it up to us.(at the end of the meal we were offered a complimentary port or cup of coffee which we passed on). The ribeye special with peppercorn sauce so laded with peppercorns it was inedible, the sauce needed to be scrapped off in order to eat any of it.(can’t even give it to my dog do to the overwhelming amount of peppercorns). When one of our guest requested an IPA the waitress said sure we have a couple different ones let me find out(they only have 1 beer on tap and probably less then 10 bottles on the beer menu) she came back and said they don’t serve an IPA(but the waitress didn’t have enough knowledge of the items available to even know that — way to educate your staff). It was the absolute worst experience ever. Would never darken their door again and would ever send a friend, or even a enemy to this establishment. It was a total waste of money and time, so I am now writing my first ever negative Unilocal review. I am trying to save you all from a HORRIBLE experience.

Good– the Iceberg wedge with Blue cheese and Bacon Good– the Super Tuscan by the glass Good– note the above is all that was good Bad– the reservation met with a «huh» at the door we were asked to sit at the bar, which is ok, but the staff was clueless from that point on Bad– The ribeye special even after scraping off the peppercorn sauce(way to many peppercorn’s) the ribeye ordered medium rare was«blue»(cold center). worthy of another visit, maybe…

Great food, service and atmosphere. Small old turn of the century bank building that is very nicely updated. Could be a bit cozy if full but we had plenty of room on a weeknight. Very accommodating and attentive service. With our drinks our waitress brings a small antipasto plate; just a few bites but quite good. Bread and olive oil were fresh and tasty. We both had wedge salad with blue cheese crumbles and bacon bits; fresh crispy lettuce, plenty of flavorful but not too sharp blue cheese and nice thick bacon pieces. Can’t say I ever had a wedge salad that was any better. I had chicken Marsala. Very nice Marsala sauce with plenty of mushrooms over chicken cutlets. Delicious. Sides were a mashed baked potato that was flavorful with a little crisp on the top. Other side was a veal and veggie stuffed holland pepper that could have been a meal in itself. Great flavors. Wife had chicken breast with asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Same sides. Again, delicious. Both of our sauces were savory but not overpowering. Desert was chocolate layer cake that was very much like a flourless chocolate torte. Very rich dark chocolate flavor. Coffee was strong and accompanied the desert well. We really enjoyed the whole meal. Give it a try.

My favorite spot in Cornwall. The wine selection is superb(I think it’s the only place in the neighborhood that cares about wine), the food is outstanding, and I do really appreciate little tapas before the meal. Not to mention great service, beautiful interior and goof music. Love it.

Food was delicious but we just tried the pasta. Get the daily ravioli special with housemade fresh pasta. Owner and bartender supplied meat, cheese and bread nibbles. Impressed by the ambience which was classier than many other local Italian restaurants. Beer selection was poor but wine was flowing freely. Make a reservation or sit at the bar for full service. We went on a Saturday night at 5:30pm and they were very busy. There are limited tables… the restaurant is small. Would definately come back again.

This restaurant is amazing! Great food, great staff, excellent service. It has it all. I highly recommend it. The steak I had was cooked to perfection, tender and delicious. Love the atmosphere here. Give this place a try, you’ll be happy you did.

Came for dinner on a Friday night, place was PACKED, and with good reason. We had a bread dish served when we sat(good bread) and also a platter of two kinds of salami, some mozzarella ballls & some olives. We ordered a Bellini, $ 8.00. My Wife had a lamb chop,(VERYIMPRESSIVE), and I had Chicken Sorrentino(also VERYIMPRESSIVE)…The side vegetables were also very outstanding. So, we had to have desert, and they came through AGAIN. For Her, the Rasberry Truffle Cake, and for me, Key Lime Pie & Coffee. We will go again!!!
