When my fan of my laptop broke and needed to be replaced, I was not too hopeful that it could be replaced for cheaper than the laptop was worth. Still, I figured I would try. Much to my surprise, I found a shop that was close, convenient, and willing to take my machine in ASAP. When I dropped it off, the owner was friendly and gave me a clear estimate of when it would be ready. The communication from the store in the intervening days was regular, and when I picked up my laptop, the work was done above expectations and for less than I was estimated. I would definitely trust The Computer Shop again.

I have to say I was a little apprehensive about giving my lap top to a stranger. But I couldn’t be more happy or satisfied. What professionalism and courtesy. I can’t say thank you enough. 2 thumbs up guys.

these guys are great. the best place to find, or repair a laptop. we got a fully refurbished hp laptop here with all the bells and whistles and feel confident in their support should anything go wrong. very happy with our modest purchase, and will come again the next time we need a computer! only drawback is that they’re not big on desktops, but there is plenty of a selection of laptops.
