I’ve enjoyed many different and delicious things from Mixed Bakery– cakes, cookies, muffins… I’ve yet to try anything I didn’t enjoy. Elyssa’s food tastes as good as it looks. Splurge on the carrot cake for starters.

Seldom will you ever find a bakery that uses high quality ingredients and bakes to order. Mixed Bakery has the most amazing Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins that are absolutely to die for! Moist aromatic one is never enough.
For chocolate lovers, Mixed Bakery has a chewy fudgy brownie that just melts in your mouth. Top it with some vanilla ice cream and I guarantee you will be coming back for seconds and thirds.
If there are any die hard French Macaron fans out their, mixed has the best macarons perfect crisp on the outside as you take a bite with a soft center so you can enjoy the delightful goodness in the center. I still think about the coffee and vanilla macarons daily.

Mixed bakery has the best tasting baked goods! They are known for using quality ingredients and prides itself in keeping their products fresh and natural.
They have such a broad array of items from scones, brownies, cookies, pies and cakes that will make your mouth salivate!
Mixed bakery can make specialty items such as gluten free or low sugar desserts all of which fits the need of the consumer.
We have loved their desserts over the years and are spoiled. The kids can’t get enough and say that their cookies and cakes are the BEST!

If you want the best rugelach in the world… order them from Mixed Bakery. Absolutely amazing. They were light, flaky, and tasty. I brought them to a party and need much more because even people who don’t usually eat dessert, loved them. Thank you for this fabulous bakery.

Working with Elyssa is a joy. She is creative, collaborative, and extremely talented. From special event cakes to muffins to cookies, and also the best lemon bars I’ve ever tasted… she has helped me make several celebrations extra-​memorable. Highly recommend.

Elyssa baked all the treats for my baby shower and everyone loved them. There were so many options to choose from that we ended up doing a large selection which included pink meringue kisses, different flavor macarons, bourbon pecan cookies, raspberry linzer cookies, brownies, caramel mou (like tootsie rolls but better), chocolate saucisson, and even truffles. All the flavors are spot on, not overly sweet or overpowering. Plus I loved how accommodating she was for guests’ food allergies. When I met with her she customized our orders in terms of ingredients, design, and preferences which made everything much more personal. She made the truffles vegan and substituted in almonds for those with peanut allergies. We even had bags of dog biscuits for guests with dogs to enjoy. Both my dogs loved them and were left begging for more after they were gone. There’s something for everyone. Guests raved about the baked goods and it was fun to hear what their personal favorites were. A favorite that I just ordered more of for myself has to be the bourbon pecan cookies but I’m definitely ordering baked goods from her regularly now. Mixed Bakery is perfect for any event!
