I sure hope they change the cola slurpee back to older Machine now it doesn’t taste the same its flavor tastes like a mixture of several different favors please change it back !

7 11. I mean it’s pretty straight forward. You can’t really expect much from a store like this. The one thing I feel that needs to be said is that there’s one guy who works late nights (usually? I dont know thats when I usually go in there) that seems literally fresh out of the loony bin. He’s always talking to himself. Like literally arguing and having serious conversations with voices in his head. Not only that he actually fell asleep while counting my change one time.

Yes, its a quite standard 7 – 11. So to make someone want to write a review on a place like this, something has to go above or below the standard.
If you dont like reading lengthy reviews, here’s a summary:
its in a not so nice neighborhood, and there’s a female worker who makes me feel its better to drive to another 7 – 11 across town than patronize this one.
Its literally on the corner where circle city drive and fullerton/​8^th st intersect at Grand. So you can get here multiple ways. its in an area where many people bluntly call «the ghetto». Ive been accosted for change and even been asked for a ride multiple times.
that;s not why I wont come back.
Every worker I’ve encountered has been great. Fast, friendly and courteous. However, there is this one female worker, a short, mouthy woman that just doesnt seem to like me. Ok, but before you say «well, that’s just you» I finally had a conversation with another patron on my way out of the store today. We both confirmed that she seems to pick and choose who she’s gonna be cool with and then treats everyone else like a burden.
Ive been noticing that she usually works on tuesdays around lunchtime. I’ll come in and if there’s another person in the store, she’ll be laughing and joking and conversing with them. When I come to the counter, her smile will turn into a straight face and she can’t get me out fast enough. I didnt care until today.
Today there was a line of 2 in front of me. She was so laughing and conversing and joking around with an old man, and was even cursing along with him. The next lady she treated like a friend, asking how her day was and the lady even cvonfirmed «oh you know me best» and when I came to the counter she spoke around me to converse with this lame flirtatious fat dude who said he would’ve loved if she came in on valentine’s day so he could give her a valentine’s kiss… BLEH.
And because she was talking over me, she screwed up my total. When she gave me my total, she said $ 6.60. So I counted out exact change and gave her $ 6.60. As I waited for my receipt and stepped aside so their conversation could happen not directly over me, she snapped that I had owed her another $ 0.06. So as I was digging it out I notice her rolling her eyes and sighing exasperatedly. She quickly put it in the register and kept talking to that fat dude. I wasnt sure if we were finally good because she screwed up my total, so I waited.
Then she finally gave me a quick glance and said «thanks» pointedly and sarcastically. As I walked out I noticed a woman in her car and she was staring at me. Maybe it was the expression on my face but she asked me if I thought the clerk was rude. I told her yes and what had happened and she told me that she did the same to her. She kept her waiting while she could have conversations with other people.
Well, we both wont be back, Or at the very least, not on tuesdays. I dont care if this is just some dumb 7 – 11, courtesy is courtesy and should be handed to everyone EVENLY.
