This is the worst 31 flavors I’ve been to. No greeting when I entered, didn’t ask if he could help me or anything. I had to speak first. the icecream was very soft and it was also hot in the place so maybe that’s why. won’t be returning and this is for the one on Rimpau and Magnolia

4 scoops of ice cream $ 10.46. It was not good had ice crystals and no taste, almost not edible. Wonder how old it was. Don’t waste your money.

Went here for ice cream on ⁸⁄₉. Ice cream was amazing, service was stellar. The serious issues have everything to do with where we sat. It was nice out, and we had a birthday girl with us.
The outside sitting area was PUTRID. The trash cans are overflowing. The floor is so sticky I nearly lost a flip flop. And there was so much garbage on the ground we had to kick it away just to sit down. We would’ve put it in the can ourselves, but due to the overflowing nature it would’ve have done anything except render our hands sticky and gross.
Luckily, this company’s stellar reputation for great ice cream kept us from walking away in disgust. We may, however, consider a different l, more clean place to spend our money next time.

Nice place. Good ice-​cream. Kind of creepy that the people who work there have huge plugs in their ears & pants sagging below their butt. Not to kid friendly looking if you ask me.

this review is for the baskin Robbins at magnolia and rimpau in corona. for some reason I can’t find their page on here? … the store hours say that they close at 10, but I have gone to go get an ice cream around 8 o’clock three different times and the store is completely closed and locked up. very annoying when this is the closest one to my house

Terrible customer service. 2^nd time they have messed up a cake order. Don’t get your ice cream cakes from this place you will be disappointed.

We picked up a quart of chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I wanted the quart so I could keep it in the freezer for after dinner. Wow it was amazing. I don’t even remember how much it cost… But it was worth every penny. Probably the best ice cream I’ve had. I had it for desert for a few nights! So creamy and delicious. Customer service was fine, place was clean, parking hit or miss.

I needed to get my ice cream fix after eating sushi down the street with my husband. So, we came to this store location, instead of the one closer to our house.
This is one of the best Baskin-​Robbins that I’ve been ever been to. My husband used to work at the Baskin-​Robbins manufacturing plant in Vernon in the late 90’s, before they closed it down. He started sharing some BR trivia with the nice Manager, Austin. Austin made certain the store was kept immaculate and provided us with excellent customer service. We will definitely go out of our way to come to this BR, instead of the location closer to our home.

Their new flavor of the month, Movie Theater Popcorn, is some of the beat ice cream I’ve tasted.

I live out of the area and needed to order a cake in Corona. I called the location on Magnolia and the guy working over there was on a personal phone call and did not seem to want to help me. I called this location and Austin helped out ordering a cake and he was so helpful and nice. I have not seen the cake yet but the customer service from him was great!

Let’s see, I love ice cream and I don’t think it’s possible to screw ice cream up. Automatic 5 stars for ice cream and they keep the stars for having good customer service. I have never had the Togo’s though, so I’m not sure if it’s good or not.

Never had Togos here, I just come for the ice-​cream. This ice-​cream is one of my faves, well not including this awesome organic place back in Berkeley. But yeah I like how it is conveniently right by BofA so I always have money to go grab a cone of my favorite ice-​ream, Wild’nReckless Sherbet.

I stopped here with a few friends after dinner while I was in California for some ice cream. I ended up meet the owner, who was frankly quiet refreshing to talk to (and also got some free ice cream). I can’t believe people are allowed to combine sandwiches with ice cream, this has to be bad for diabetes.
