I met Sylvia 3 years ago for my engagement shoot photos for both hair and make up. I adore her!
She is very talented and I am VERY specific about who touches my face because Asian faces are different and hard to work with for some make-​up artists.
And she is very creative with my long hair. You can tell she is passionate about what she does.
I have used her for my fitness photoshoots, fashion photoshoots, my bodybuilding fitness competitions, and even date nights.
I get complimented especially by my experienced photographers how great my make-​up looks.
I will be txting her after this review to do my make-​up again.

I was so lucky to have found Sylvia on insta. Sylvia has done my hair and makeup for my wedding day, including my mom’s hair and make up which she loved, as well as my hair and make up for my husband’s Marine Corps ball. She has such a wonderful talent at creating a beautiful look you like to fit your face. All you need is a picture for the look you want to achieve and she’ll recreate it perfectly in a way that suits you best. She impressed me with her vintage curls that I recieved so many compliments on my wedding day, I felt like a 40’s movie star! Both hair and make up lasts for the entire event. Let me just start by saying that Sylvia was awesome. My wedding was in June and we had scheduled everything just a couple months in advance. I loved how she did my make up in our trial, and that I felt comfortable with her immediately which is important when you have someone all up in your face like a make up artist needs to be. I believe she used Mac (not sure which specific foundation) which I loved because Mac is definitely photo friendly and is stays put when used correctly. My contour was blended seamlessly and I got so many compliments on my make up throughout the night and in the comments of photos I posted. She is awesome about taking the image you have in your head and making it a reality, and taking the time to make it compliment your face.
Now, on a professional level this woman is a goddess. My family IS NOT easy to deal with by any means and she held her composure flawlessly. She dealt with putting my grandmother’s false eyelashes on like 100 000 times. I can’t say enough how grateful I am to Sylvia for her ability to make me feel comfortable being myself while simultaneously stressed to pieces about my big day. I would definitely recommend her, and definitely hire her again.
