Big lots has some hidden gems if you really search, but I like it because they have brand name products for the low.

Gross! This place is just lousy. It’s not messy but botth the counter clerks work like sloths in slow motion. Due to that fact, I will not ever come back. If management thinks that’s ok then more power to them. Double yuck

I actually love Big Lots. I’ve been to this location a number of times. Like other Unilocalers have reported, this store does have a dirty smell when you first walk in, and it isn’t super clean. But neither is Walmart most of the time, so I don’t mind as long as they have cheap prices– which they do. I will go shopping in a smelly swamp if it gets me good deals! That being said, Big Lots has good finds. I bought 2 blankets from here that I absolutely love! They are the softest blankets ever and were only $ 30. I’ve come here for random things like birthday presents, holiday decorations, and furniture. Yes I said furniture… They have patio furniture in the back right corner, and different chairs. I usually stroll in this store without any agenda, and I always end up walking out with my arms loaded or with a full cart. In my experience the customer service is always good.

Not bad for a Big Lots. Big store, well stocked, descent service, tons of easy parking. They have excellent pries on décor and furniture, we only come here when we want something cheap that does not have to be the best quality. Outdoor seating, actually was great quality this time around, real wicker, just over $ 200 about half what you pay else where. They brought it up and loaded it in my car with a smile, not bad at all.

This Big Lots store is unorganized and smells a little rancid. The cashier had issues with the scanner beeping intermittently and had to key in the product numbers. I do understand that these things happen and waited patiently, but she really didn’t handle the situation well and reflected poorly on herself and the store, in my opinion. She could have easily made fun of the situation or just apologized to the people in line. Instead, she pounded on the scanner and yelled for a manager. Prices here have gotten worse over the years. I used to come to Big Lots in hopes of finding less expensive cleaning products or home goods. These days, I can find comparable products at some of the dollar stores or higher quality items at Walmart, Target or Ross for similar prices. Big Lots has become a Big Lot of stuff I’d prefer to get elsewhere.

Don’t get the best vibe here. Everything seems so old for some reason and the prices aren’t that great. I would rather go to a dollar store. But I come here sometimes out of proximity convenience. The staff themselves are friendly. Especially the cashiers. They always start up conversation.

Rather surprised with the low ratings but I went on a day where everything was clean and organized. I was looking for wall art and I found some great possibilities. Considering this city had a lot of house developments the past couple of years it doesn’t really surprise me to see all these random furniture and interior decorating choices. I considered buying some things but I had already made my first stop somewhere else. They have some beddings that I considered buying in the near future. They also had some wall art that I so very nearly bought as well. There are a lot of basic dry good items such as pasta, wheat thins, nd canned goods. All in all, I ended up restraining myself but made a mental note to check this place out again in the future. It had more things to offer than other chains.

Most Big Lots are not always well organized or the employees are not always friendly and seems like they don’t really care that they’re working. This store was okay, but not the best organized place I’ve been to. San Juan Capistrano(in Orange County) is a really nice store and the employees were really nice and even asked if I needed help. That’s never happened to me in any of the other Big Lots. The other stores should take note! Just came in here and got a few items and didn’t have any problems. The staff were okay, but not what I would call overly friendly. A smile goes a long way!

This big lots is rather disorganized, not easy to find anything. They have shelving that is horizontally posed in the middle of the store. The aisles are narrow and items are random throughout. The checkout counter staff is not friendly and appear put off by having a job!
