This company «patrols» our complex in Chino Hills. I put patrols in quotes because I regularly go weeks at a time without seeing them even when I go out of my way to find them, despite them being hired to be there 7 days a week. The complex I live in has had cars broken into regularly for a year and a half now and this company hasn’t even slowed them down. My car actually had its front two quarter panels stolen in the middle of the night. When I called to find out if they were doing anything about the constant theft, the girl on the phone put me on hold 5 times and when she came back each time didn’t know who I was or why I was calling. It’s pretty obvious how they run their organization.

I hired Chief on a commercial vacant property in a rough part of Los Angeles where was storing expensive equipment for a project and needed it secured. They were very professional, reasonably priced, attentive to our needs and created an overall great experience. I only needed them for a few days but would definitely use them again on future jobs and would recommend them to others.
