If you like biking, this is the place to be. I don’t have a crazy bike, just a regular mountain bike but they worked wonders on it! I forgot what it was like to ride a bike that was tuned up perfectly given that i ride 2 – 3 times a week around the city for exercise. Customer service really is awesome, really couldn’t ask for more!

Just had a fat tire rim rebuilt by Wes. He did an amazing job finding the parts and building it! Didn’t scratch the rims new paint and it’s perfect! Thanks again!

My husband and I went into this bike shop today to get some ideas for bike buying. Jack came over and helped us and the experience was amazing. He explained the bike choices to us and really catered to what I was looking for. We found a great bike that Jack took me out on a ride to test out. I would not normally have thought to do this, but I’m so glad I did. Not only was I provided equipment information, I was offered safety information and suggestions to properly brake my bike. May seem silly, but I really didn’t know. As we started to select a bike for my husband, Wes began helping us out too. He was incredibly knowledgeable, looked up our bike choices to confirm correct sizes, assembled accessories, was friendly, informative and kind. This is a great shop and there was no pressure to buy or up-​sell us. Thank you Jack and Wes for a great biking experience.

I brought my bike in because I thought I jacked up the front derailer like an All State DIY screw up. The young man was assisting two other customers and was polire. He attempted to fix a kids bike that one of the customers had purchased on– line and not from the shop. He put my bike up and began to tinker with the adjustments. No more than 4 minutes later he describes to me the functionality of the two screws that set limits on the derailer. I just knodded and smiled because although I have basic knowledge it was still way over my bike repair knowledge. Wala, 5 $ later my bike was serviced! Right down the street and excellent service! I’ll be back in the future.

There is a reason I travel from The other side of Riverside, by passing two other bike shops, to come here. The service is outstanding and everyone here is awesome. When I purchased Giant hybrid, they took there time with me and made sure the bike I selected fit. Whenever I bring it in for service, they understand it is my transportation to work everyday and they get it done right away.

Went in here a few weeks ago to get some info on size bikes for my daughter and son. The man was super nice and very helpful. Really showed me exactly what I needed. It made what can be a challenging process so easy. There birthdays are coming up and I’m going in tomorrow to order both bikes and gear.
Also through my own research after I went in I found the bikes he recommended where the absolute top of the line and great quality. Which is exactly what I asked for. Very excited to watch there faces and more excited that I can feel confident I’ve done my job getting quality bikes for my kids.

If you are looking to get any service done to your bike, Citrus Cyclery delivers amazing customer service. Wes is very experienced and easy to talk to. Wes built my my Dura Ace 9000 — Cannondale CAAD10 bike and even addressed some problems that I had with my wheels. Citrus is a great shop to go to if you’re looking for a quick fix or a high tier build. From my time at the shop I noticed the staff is very friendly and not pushy with any sales at all. You don’t feel like someone is breathing down your neck while you’re just looking around. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting to start riding, looking to get their bikes running again, or looking to get dialed in before a high intensity ride or race.

Just because I was seeing if my phone was in my pocket the owner or worker thought I was stealing something. Like every man of color is out to steal something from a bike shop. Even though we cleared everything up he still continue to watch and make me feel not welcome. I was more happy to drive to riverside to go to stacked bike shop because they don’t treat me different. So if your of color or ride a bmx bike stacked is the place to be or somewhere else. #BrownandProud

Took my road bike to see if my crankarms can get re-​threaded. I dont know much about bicycles but found this place near where i live, they took care of the job with great staff and great prices, im definitely making this my go to shop!

Best bike shop in town. Great service great people. Treat you with respect and really take care of you. They fixed and replaced grips on a beater bike for me for free so I went back and finally got me a mountain bike. You guys ROCK.

Just picked up my beach cruiser. They did a tuned up and replaced my seat. They gentleman in the shop did an amazing job and were very polite and professional. My husband and I definitely knew that they appreciated our business which is hard to find these days! Definitely a recommended place!

we live in Pennsylvania but come to Corona several times a year. They have helped us with any bike accessories we needed and have done great maintenance work. They have not tried to sell us stuff we didn’t need and have been honest with our purchases. We will continue to use them when we are in town. A special kudos to Chris.

I am not a biking expert or even an intermediate rider, but the the staff still took the time to teach me about a bike which would fit my needs. They could have sold me a bike that would have been way too much for me, but I consider this place an ethical shop. I would recommend buying and learning from tis shop. they service my bike for a reasonable price and they have always treated me with respect. You guys are great.

I am a former bike racer, bike mechanic and retired bike shop owner.
This is a good shop. They are involved in the cycling community and help promote Meetup bike rides that pretty much will get anyone at any level into group riding on road or mountain bikes. They have worked on my wheels and bikes and they have sold bikes to several of my friends. They have handled warranty issues very effectively and special ordered parts for me in a timely manner. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable in providing accurate technical advice. They have test ride rental mountain bikes you can rent for a day and check out the nearby trails. There are just a lot of check boxes they are hitting with all they do to support the cycling sport and support their customers.
If you are looking for a bike shop home in the South Corona/​Lake Elsinore/​Temecula Valley area, look no further, this is a good one…

Came in for a simple running stroller tube. Super friendly staff, gave my kids bottled water and answered all of my questions. Nice to see that kind of service, esp when they knew it was a really small sale. They will be getting more business from me.

Just bought a new beach cruiser with a custom shifter. Had issues with the installation from another shop. Called a few local bikes shops and no body wanted to work on it. I got a hold of b-​rads and was told no problem and they could take care of it. Went to the shop and everyone there was very helpful and friendly. They were able to fix the issue in a hour for a fair price. Definitely recommend this place.
