Complete Mechanical

This company deserves 5 stars plus! Trust me when I say I am hard to please and skeptical when calling new contractors to work with and Complete Mechanical definitely surpassed my expectations. One word describes Chris — HONEST! Being in the real estate industry looking for honest, friendly and reliable contractors is a diamond in the rough.
Long story short, our forced air heat stopped working 2 weeks ago and our previous AC/​heating guy was no longer in the business so I figured it was time to call someone else and hope for the best. I called for a free estimate and service appointment hoping for a time that would work with our busy schedule. Rachel took my call and said she could have someone out the same day within a few hours to diagnose the problem (keep in mind this is Sunday!).
Chris arrived promptly, tested my heater and diagnosed the problem quickly. He also was VERY honest as it appears it was a minimal problem, fixed it and gave me a great price! Yay, I found my goto guy for furnace and AC repair!
Anyways, if you are like me and hesitate to call a new repairman and are hoping for honesty and a fair price — I received both. Thanks Chris and Rachel for honest, reliable and friendly service. I will use again for my home as well as future projects.

These guys are legit. I have used these guys on several occasions now to service the AC units on my rental properties as well as replace the units on my home. They are always very prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly VERY honest. That is saying something in this day and age when it seems like all most contractors care about any more is seeing how much they can get you to spend on their services. I originally called Chris to come out and give me an estimate to repair a unit after another contractor told me the unit was toast and I needed to replace the unit. Chris was able to repair the unit and get us up and going again for a very reasonable price. My wife even commented «I really like those guys», which she almost never says about contractors. If you are in need of AC service or replacement, give these guys a call. You’ll be glad you did.

Complete Mechanical is the best when it comes to HVAC. Rachel was very professional and friendly. She was a pleasure to speak with and was very prompt on returning messages and keeping me posted on any changes to our appointment. The service representative she sent out was very knowledgeable and trust worthy.
Sometimes I am skeptical when I use a business for the first time, but Complete Mechanical surpassed my expectations. They helped me remove old duct work (which was wrapped in asbestos) and replace the old duct work. I had researched the type of work needed, as to have an idea of what was to be done, and the service representative totally knew what he was doing. He even helped me out in fixing a couple of things that I didn’t even know needed fixing, without charging me for it. He just wanted to help and have my a/​c running perfectly. Above and beyond!
Definitely recommend them. Good business should grow!

needed an opinion for the A/​C unit for one of my home, they person they sent was professional and honest with what i needed. I spoke with the owner and she provided my some option and pretty competitive quote. they charged 35 for a check.
