This is my first and my regular go-to slaughter house. Great place to get goat and pig. You choose the animal from the lot, then they’ll prep and butcher it into cuts for you. It boggles my mind how they are able to burn off the goat hair, yet keep the skin from burning, not one black char spot when I get it. It’s amazing to me, and I’m Filipino!

Best slaughterhouse in so cal. Honest prices and great selection. Also a really knowledgeable and professional staff. If your looking for fresh meat, this is the place to go to. You get to pick out your animal from their large selection, and they butcher it while you wait. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Good place to get fresh goat meat. Whenever we plan a get together with friends we buy a goat from this place. The price has gone up a bit than last time. Other than that no complaints. Fast and clean service.

I took my cousin here who wanted to buy goat meat. The person selling told us that a goat is priced at $ 260 and would fetch about 55 to 60 pounds of net meat. We picked a decent sized goat from the lot. The goat only netted 36 pounds of meat. The result was that goat meat costs us more than $ 7 per pound. I could buy goat meat at super market for less than $ 5 per pound(sometimes on sale for $ 2 per pound). They seem to sell pig meat more than any other meat. Also, I would suggest that you negotiate with them(I should have) and not pay more than $ 220 for a goat(male goat decent size).

Came here to pick out a pig for la caja china. Various sizes available. They also have cows, sheep, goats, chicken and ducks. Lots of workers to help you out. Took around 30 min from the time we choose the pig for the workers to clean it and take it to your car. Prices seem great compared to Lizzie’s. The staff is more friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

We have been buying a pig here for quite a few years, usually on Memorial day weekend, but sometimes twice a year. Always an experience… Pick out the one you want, they walk it to the back room, and 35 minutes later it is cleaned out and ready for the cooler. I always take industrial size and thickness black trash bags to put it into, then onto the ice. Typical stockyard smells, but always nice guys and quick. Goats, pigs, ducks, almost anything you want fresh and very reasonable prices.
