Went with my mom and 5 year old daughter. Had such a relaxing time and couldn’t have had better service. They ladies Anna, Annie and MiMi were absolutely amazing on our feet. Can’t wait to go back again.

So annoyed. I came here last Thursday for a gel mani and a pedicure and ALREADY they’re chipped and peeling. Cosmo is a very well kept establishment and all of staff employed here are very accommodating; however, the quality is subpar. I am highly disappointed at the fact the $ 50+ I spent here was a complete waste. I will not be returning.
Tip for the owners: invest in better brands of gel polish (OPI, Essie, Gelish) DND colored gel mixed with another brand to cure and set is probably why everyone on here is complaining about their gel chipping and peeling days later.

I used to come here a lot for the gel manicures before they got new owners. I came in today to get a pedicure. First of all it was super expensive $ 19 for just a basic pedicure. Then I asked for the callus remove which was $ 7 more. The lady didn’t even bother to scrub my callus. Never coming back!!! Most expensive and horrible pedicure I’ve ever had!

So happy to find a great nail shop close to home and open on Sunday’s! Love the employees too! They took their time. Such a relaxing experience!

Worst place for gel manicures! I came in on a Saturday received a gel manicure, 4 days later nails were starting to peel. Went back to redo the gel nail polish only to last maybe a week. What a rip off! Gel should last at least 14 days!

I waited for over 20 minutes while four of the ladies stood around. After only a week my nails already lifted ridiculous. Will not go back

this place sucks. they overcharge and do a $hitty job. the two ladies i interacted with were rude. there are plenty of nail spas out here… try and avoid this one.

This was the most expensive place I have gone to to get a gel mani and pedi. The reviews were great which is why I wanted to come here. Overall the experience was nice and calming. The staff were very friendly and obviously enjoyed working there. My only problem is that for all that money that was spent my gel has started to chip. I was just there on Friday evening and here it is Tuesday morning with a chipped nail. Highly disappointing
**update**. Now I have 3 total chipped/​pealing nails. This is ridiculous. What a waste of money. I originally had 3 stars but updated it to 1 star. Right now I don’t think they even deserve that

When it comes to my nails I am VERY particular on what I want… I have tried several salons and this one is my #1 in the I.E. They know exactly what they are doing and the prices are amazing. Great nail color selection as well! I got a fill and he basically gave me a new set and I was in and out within a hour. All for 16 $ amazing time here very clean and professional. Will be coming back again

I guess you can say my mom and I are picky when it comes to nail salons. We have tried quite a few in the Inland Empire, but its been pretty impossible to find a salon that does a thorough job (including fixing ingrown toenails), treats you kindly, and does a good job of painting. This place does awesome at all the above. They are very kind, friendly, and joke around with you. They know my mom, sister and I, and even know what services we like to get there. Even after just the first time going, the second time we went they asked where my sister was. They offer extra services but don’t push them, and most importantly, they do a great job with the actual pedicure. They get rid of ingrown nails, give good massages, and do a good job painting. This is my mom and my regular spot now, we don’t waste our time going anywhere else.

First time being here and i LOVE it ! they are so nice and friendly not to mention helpful, they have so many cute gel nails to choose from they are amazing i recommend them to everyone !

A few weeks ago… I usually go to another place but they were closing, so I chose this place based on reviews. My disappointment is with one person, not the salon. I get there and was seated quickly. I only needed gel removed and reapplied to my nails. There are two things I ask when I get my nails done: 1) do not cut my cuticles, and 2) paint my whole nail — all the way up to my cuticle.
First thing the lady says after I tell her this is, «we have to cut this part» as she points to the side of my nail. I say yes, only if there is a hang nails on the side. She agrees but of course when she starts and begins cutting my cuticles and she gets carried away. I again tell her not to cut them. She mumbles something and starts doing it again, I pulled my hand away and had to tell her a third time! I also had to ask her again to paint my whole nail.
Finally the last straw was when I heard her sniffing because her nose was running. She politely excuses herself and walks behind the wall, grabs a tissue and wipes her nose. As I watch TV and keep an eye out for her, she comes straight back over to finish my nails! No hand washing or sanitizer!!! Unfortunately I was almost done so I let her finish and quickly washed my hands and arms with hot water, otherwise I would have left! I didn’t bother to get her name since I won’t ever go back.

Very nice nail salon. First time here and I liked how clean and good smelling it was. It was awkwardly quiet because I can early but it started filling with people by noon. Loved how they did my nails though so I have to give them that. Would recommend.

Will definitely be coming back! Excellent customer service & I’m very pleased with my Gel Mani & Deluxe Pedi. Lana made me feel at ease and definitely gave me the gel manicure I wanted! Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I visited Cosmo on Saturday afternoon I decided I deserved to be pampered and wanted a Mani/​Pedi. I was in the Norco area and utilized our good friend Unilocal.I was torn between three establishments and decided Cosmo was the place. And I am happy I made that decision!
I arrived without an appointment and was told it would be about 10 minutes so I decided to wait. Less then 10 minutes later I was in the most relaxing massage chair soaking my feet. Their pedicure chairs are the best ones I have sat in. I chose the Deluxe Pedicure and the Cosmo manicure. I was really impressed that they did not try to upsell me on any services. Both ladies that helped me were very nice and friendly.
This was by far one of the best Manicure/​pedicures I have had. I highly recommend Cosmo for your pampering needs. I know I will definitely go back!

This place is a gem! I used to go to orchard nails, but they were so expensive and impossible to get same day service. I’m happy I found Cosmo! I always get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The prices are really reasonable. Lana works Tuesday and Thursday’s… Her gel manicures are amazing (last 3 weeks without chipping). Try this place out, you won’t be disappointed

I don’t usually write on here but, i always get an acrylic French set with pink power and white tips, no matter where I go. Cosmo Spa is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. The first time, a few months ago, Kyle did my nails and he was so great! Super nice guy and really funny! He made me feel right at home and really welcome! He even remembered me when I came in today!
The next time, today, Lana did my nails and they are flawless! I love them! At other salons I have been to they never make my nails as short as I want them, even when I ask. Not Lana! She made them as short as I wanted them and was really sweet about it!
I love this place and would thoroughly suggest it to anyone in the Riverside/​norco/​corona area. Compared to other places it is a little bit more expensive, but WELL WORTH IT! $ 35 for my acrylics plus gel. I will be back for sure and hope they stick around for a long time!

I thought this would be my new go to place, when I first went there everybody was super nice and friendly and zoie was awesome. When I went there just last weekend I had found out that my girl wasn’t coming back until after summer so they hired a new guy working there and my nails were horrible. He rushed through it completely and left so much of the gel on the side of my nails. I am so disappointed because I loved coming here and I will not be back.

I usually go to another nail salon, but my regular girl is on vacation and I couldn’t wait for her to get back so I decided to go on Unilocal to find an alternative salon.
When I walked into the salon no one greeted me nor acknowledged me. I sat there for 20 minutes and still no acknowledgement. Instead of getting upset I looked for another salon and called to see if they had availability to do a gel manicure and they said they did. I got up and left.
Although I can’t rate this establishment on their service I can however rate their customer service level. The quality of their customer service was horrible. First impressions are important to me and so is customer service. Unfortunately I will never come here again.
