May 16^th my carpets were dyed and everything seemed OK until I walked on it.
I had multiple fans going, all the windows open, I put towels all over carpet and stomped on it to pick up ALL the water left behind. I couldn’t believe HOW drenched the carpet was. Repeating the towel process several times and I didn’t make to much progress.
May 18^th, in the morning my house smelt like mold REALLY, REALLY BAD! I had painters that were suppose to start working on the inside of my house and they said we can’t breath. My husband has terrible asthma and he doubled up on his medication.
Needless to say the carpet was removed by my painters. The carpet, padding, the cement were soaked in water, and MOLD was already started.
I contacted Dave to advise him on what happened and asked him for a refund or partial refund. He said NO. Dave took a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE…
I tried explaining that his machine isn’t POWERFUL enough to extract water and he got really defensive.
Dave isn’t a friendly, extremly messy, and I would never referr anybody to him.

Had a wonder experience. Dave and his co-​worker were polite and explained everything. Next time I spill beach on my carpet ill be sure to call them back.

This was a horrible experience! First of all it did not work! There are several spots that are not even covered at all. It took 3 days to dry! He also told me that it would dry in 7 minutes before he started. The colors are horrible! I admit, my carpet was a hard one to cover because it was flowered, but he should have told me in the beginning he had only done the flower carpet one other time! He was an older man and I thought he knew what he was talking about, but as I look back, he just wanted a sale! It took me 1 ½ hour to finally decide to do it with him standing there next to me. I should have listened to my gut and stopped the whole process but I let him talk me into it which is my mistake. I have to have all the carpet replaced along with several baseboards that are now so saturated with dye water that they are ruined. Bad, Bad experience!
