Really good Mexican food! The meat and the sauces are really good and fresh. They close at 11pm daily. I had the carnitas plate and they provided plenty of hot tortillas. Delicious beans and they have the pickled carrots my husband loves. Great quality and great pricing. Will definitely return, as I want to try their camarones!

Back again! Make sure you try their carne asada hard shell tacos and taquitos! I like the rice and beans here too! So maybe make it a plate. One of the best hole in the wall Mexican establishments in Corona. Enjoy! I sure did!

Good ol’ El tacos Lucas; where do I start? In a town that takes pride in its Mexican food(Corona, birthplace of Miguel’s Jr.) El Tacos Lucas has been able to hold its ground among the fierce competition. Hole in the wall? No doubt about it. But you will never find Mexican food this good at one of those uppity, well-groomed, corporate places like Chipotle.

Disappointed. Got here at 10pm and they were closed. Drove 6 miles for absolutely nothing. What a waste!

The best flavor meats. The burritos are stack with meat. Tacos are delicious, although the salsa could be spicer.

Excellent street-style tacos. This is my go-to place in Corona. The sopes here are life. Horchata is really good, too!

My fiancé introduced me to this place during our dating days. I still love it to this day! Can never go wrong with the carne asada tacos(yum!). The price is right, too.

I ordered the Tripas tacos, they tasted nothing like tripas. It was disturbing to chew on something so hard and chewy. The wife got the tacos al pastor, it was like biting into a bunch of fat and grease.

The shrimp cocktail is delicious. Carne Asada burrito is also good. The cashier who seems to be the owner said they been there for 24 years after I asked if they sell nachos. He agreed when I said nachos are not real Mexican food. I’ve been here twice and will be here again. The kids liked their quesadilla.

Horrible and disgusting, if I could I’d give them negative stars I went and had some of the menudo and found hairs in it. My bf told me not to make a big deal about it because accident happen so I let it slide and got something else But the last time I went the damn tortillas from my tacos had mold in between them. I went to complain and get my money back and they tried to tell me no, that all they could do was give me new tacos but I refused since I was already disgusted by the mold. I told them to give me my money back because that was unacceptable and after arguing for 10 mins and calling the owner they finally gave me my money back. I will never ever go back, I recommend you don’t waste your money there

I needed Al Pastor in my life ASAP and Unilocaled the closest place. El Taco Lucas came up with excellent ratings and was close so we came to give it a try. Scuzzy area, older place a bit run down but clean. Service was great, fast and friendly, good menu. We had two Al Pastor burritos, as well as a quesadilla for him and a fish taco for me. The fish was a bit generic, would skip that next time. Quesadilla was good, huge, can’t really go wrong with that. Burritos were great, the best thing we got, hit the spot, filled me up and was cheap. They have a small salsa bar as well, always a plus. Not my favorite and can’t touch the Al Pastor at King Taco, but very good and close to home.

Oh em gee! Why haven’t I done a review on my most favorite Mexican food place in my hometown?! Let me tell you foodies, locals, foreigners burrito enthusiasts, whatever! This is my absolute most favorite spot in the inland empire to get a delicious authentic burrito, tacos or a quesadilla with meat. Their adobada meat is so delicious I wish I could have it in my home at all times. The salsas are super good, just as good as moms! The pickled carrots and onions are perfectly seasoned and tender unlike some places that occasionally over or under salt. Literally a must try if you’re in the area. Only negative I have to say about this spot is the seating. Literally the size of a average living room.

The 5 stars is for the food only, the lady at the counter had a crappy attitude, parking sucked and beware there was about 12 crackheads hanging out in front of the door just harassing everyone. But the burrito was good.

On occasion I get to hang out in the Norco/Corona area so I try hitting up different Mexican food spots each time, I recently visited El Taco Lucas, a small little shop in a strange location… everything that calls my name. Nice size menu selection but I’m here for the tacos, well i got me a tostada de ceviche too! Tostada de Ceviche Camaron —(Shrimp) — Good size pieces of Shrimp, nicely marinated though most ceviche’s have cucumber this one didn’t, it just had tomato, onion and cilantro… oh not to forget some nice size pieces of avocado! 4-Stars Tacos — Not your standard size«Street Taco» these are bigger. Carne Asada — Flavor was average/good nothing special though they do have some nice salsa! 3-Stars Al Pastor — NO trompo here and meat was poorly marinated, overall OK at best. 2.75-Stars Carnitas — Was a BIG disappointment, it was finely shredded, soft and on the mushy side like baby food! 2-Stars Buche — Nicely cooked, crispy, crunchy deliciousness… Best of the Plate! 4-Stars Yeah won’t be headed back here anytime soon!
