Not what I expected at all. …SLOWEST drive thru ever & food only so-so. $ 15 for 1 drink, fries(NOT crispy-kind of soggy), 1 Chicken sandwich, 1 kid size cheeseburger. Wish I’d gone to IN n OUT. Services was not great & I asked for a ranch dressing — no catsup … & got 6 catsup &NO Ranch. Thought it was a simple request & I asked when my order finally came out… oh yeah it’s there. RIGHT As for wait time at a drive thru it was ridiculous — 10+ minutes. Thought it would be so much different than what we experienced. sad Sad SAD

So I’m sitting with the family and about to split my french toast with my kid. An employee walking by asked if we need anything. I asked for an extra plate, she said no problem. She came back with the plate and an extra plate of french toast. She offered it to us for free! Mind readers here! Not to mention this is a Farmer Boys, no servers on the payroll but they sure took care of us. I wasn’t sure if I should tip, since it’s not that kind of restaurant. The entire staff in this place is just rude came for lunch and ordered 2 wraps TOGO I waited for 10 minutes before they even started my order.(It wasn’t too busy on the inside) when I mentioned to the manager that I needed to get back to work he took the receipt and yelled sarcastically«hurry up» to the kitchen. when my food was finally up, he handed me the bag and screamed at me that it was only 10 minutes when my receipt clearly stated otherwise. I’m only rating two stars because the food is decent but I will never go back there again.

So I ordered in the drive through and went up to the window to pay. I gave the drive through cashier the money for my way overpriced food. She immediately told me to pull forward and wait for her to come out with my order. I waited just outside the front in my car. I noticed there was nobody else even in the drive through and wondered why I was told to move forward. So as I sat there I watched several waitresses serving the people inside and I could see multiple orders being placed out and being served, yet mine was not coming out yet. Then I noticed a car in the drive through. That car had two people in it and they got their order and drove away. So after 15 minutes I still had not received my order and another vehicle in the drive through came and went. I parked the car and went inside and stood at the front counter for a few seconds before someone came up to me and stared at me for about 10 seconds. She stared at me like I owed her a huge amount of money or had something written on my forehead. She finally spoke and said«Yeah». So I told her that I had been waiting for my food for approximately 15 minutes. She turned around as if she had no idea what the heck I was talking about then another girl approached and said something like«oh your the one from the drive through». Then and there I pretty much felt like they had singled me out for some reason but to refer to me as «the one from the drive through» led me to believe they could give two shits about me. Not that I cared what they think about me cause their attitudes pretty much said it all about the hiring process at this place but I just wanted my food. I could have shot a deer, skinned it, dried it out and made beef jerky in the time it took them to make a couple of hamburgers and I would get a lot less attitude. So I grabbed my food and left. When I got home(yes my fault) I checked my order and they completely fucked it up! Not to mention it tasted like the ass end of a dead horse. Two thumbs down on this place! It deserves negative stars!

It’s funny how all the bad reviews say it takes too long to get your food… that’s kinda what happens when the food isn’t sitting under a warmer all day waiting to be sold. I personally would rather wait a little longer and have my food made to order. Have never been disappointed by this place yet.

When you pay almost $ 15 for a double bacon avocado cheeseburger with fries/onion rings and a strawberry shake, you expect a pretty sweet meal. Unfortunately, my burger and side orders came first and then I waited and waited for my shake to wash it all down with, but it never came. SO, I had to go back up to the counter and they had not ever started it yet. Just a complete airball. WHY are servers not checking their register checks when they deliver the food to make sure the order is a complete one? So, by the time I got back to my table, my food was cold and not very appetizing. NO rebate and NO comps for this disaster. WHY? Poor management for sure. Even a comp shake would have eased the pain a little, but I got ZER0. I asked for a side of mayo and they delivered ranch dressing. WHAT? And, on all their in-store color promos for their combos, they feature onion rings and deep fried zuchini spears. BUT, when you go to order that very promo, you find out you can NOT get that combo for the normal combo price, but you have to pay a SURCHARGE. Talk about a bait and switch. Not cool when the very thing they promote is a very popular combo… I hope Corporate is checking out the recent flurry of 1-star Unilocal reviews. There are obvious issues that need to be addressed at this location…

Such shitty customer service!!! The manager was throwing a temper tantrum as soon as I walked in. She was going off on the cooks right behind the register like they messed up an order which was completely unprofessional. I made an order over the phone and when I came in to pick it up I added an additional item. The same manager that was going off on the cooks failed to put my entire order in my bag when she handed it to me, didn’t realize it was missing until I got to my relative’s house. I called to get a refund and they don’t do refunds, they wanted to put my name in a book for a future visit? I’m like wow you mess up that often that you need a book? I’m not even from the area, I’ll never be back to eat here again and I just wanted my money back for an item I never received… this place is a joke and so is this crazy lady

Well sad to see this place get crossed off as a do not eat list. I found hair cooked into the batter of my zucchini tonight, when I called I got less then helpful customer service. I wasn’t going to be able to get a refund because the GM wasn’t in tonight??? When I asked if I was supposed to keep the food overnight till the morning that’s when she realized how dumb the request sounded. Went in for a refund and was treated like I did something wrong along with attitude. Also note that the zucchini was under cooked even though I asked for well done, alone with the fries which were soggy and full of oil. Hair nets alone with facial hair nets are not being worn while working. Maybe they need new people that know how to follow the rules alone with better management.

First, I’m Mexican, but at least I’m bilingual, you don’t put someone with no experience and especially who doesn’t understand you in both languages in the front during rush hour. And second, I paid 30 dollars at breakfast time for two decent meals that I could have probably made at home. I understand if your short staffed, but it still doesn’t mean your customer service gets put to the side, and forgetting part of the meal usually comes with a sorry or my bad, not with that so called manager. I guess I’ll stick to drive through. Oh, but at least you get free coffee.

Since when is a combo $ 15?! I remember why I don’t come here and the cashier who helped was not really good at explaining the extra charges for changing things in your combo. Won’t be coming here anymore… do yourself a favor and drive a bit more down and go to Goodfellas instead, great prices, great food and good customer service

Over priced and takes way too long to receive your order! There is nothing crunchy, golden, or crisp about these fries! Even more annoying because I asked for my fries crispy and it’s noted on my receipt! Seriously? Not sure if it’s like this at all Farmer Boys but this is the second time I’ve received my fries half raw, even after asking for them crispy. Only came here again because I had a $ 3 off coupon. Lol.

Ordered one breakfast burrito with sausage, a kids French toast, zucchini and a water for 19-something(I forgot the amount of change) When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady took my money and gave me my change. She asked«do you want ketchup?» I said yes please. I get my order after waiting a bit and by that time I’m just ready to get home. About half way home I wanted a drink of water so I looked for the bottle I paid 2.99 plus tax for… nothing. Dissatisfied and annoyed I get home to eat my breakfast burrito, no ketchup. Shocker. especially after she specifically asked me if I wanted it. I will not be going to this location again. Food was good but not worth paying a high price for when they can’t to give you what you pay for.

After eating breakfast here, for the first time yesterday morning… now I know why this Farmers gets low stars. The bacon was burned(black) and so overcooked, the hashbrowns tasted fishy and the eggs had puddles of butter all over them… SAD! The only reason this one survives, because of the business near by. I drove by it the other day, and thought… breakfast tomarrow morning, cool! Boy, what a mistake and waste of money.
