There pretty friendly and helpful. Except one of there employees there named Juan he’s a Dumba**.

The place is busy and there is usually only one person in there to help. Lines are long decent game selection.

I have been to enough GameStops to know that effective and prompt service do not often go hand in hand with the act of purchasing video games, but here is a place that represented an outlier from that mediocrity that has proliferated modern-​day customer service.
There are a few names to mention. First and foremost, I would have to say that a particular employee by the name of Steven was the highlight of this experience in that he provided in-​depth information about every issue I possessed with the utmost sincerity and clarity. His effective resourcefulness is proven with the fact that he is well-​versed with the product lines that GameStop has to offer, and I hope this brand of professionalism coupled with his extremely amiable demeanor does not go unnoticed with GameStop corporate.
Secondly, another employee by the name of Josiah deserves a mention for his helpfulness in assisting Steven with my purchase of the Xbox One 1TB system by pointing out some of the advantages of upgrading to a 1TB over the 500GB model. He also was very resourceful and sincere in addressing my inquiries.
In summation of my overall experience, my time at this Corona-​based GameStop was a perfect mixture of the friendliness and effective professionalism that I consider an essential part of any customer’s buying process.
Forget the other GameStops.
This is the one you should spend your gas money on.

I just really have a thing against Gamestop.
I guess the location is practical close to home, hell I come here more often than I ever wanted with my son to trade in or purchase games.
It’s always a rip off, they have seriously offered him 40 cents for playstation 3 games before. The most you can really get for new $ 60 games is about $ 14, and they sell em for $ 55 then, it gets my blood boiling really.
Gamestop reminds me of a mini Walmart, scuzzy, a bit dark and musty smelling and there is never a quiet moment.
Always some kind of insane people watching and off the wall convos that I don’t even wanna be hearing about.
Service is slow, I dread coming here every time, but I guess I’ll have to deal with it for another couple years… The things you do for your kids…

Probably one of the coolest gamestops I’ve been to. Everyone is very awesome and helpful. They’ve always suggested a lot of awesome games to me and I’ve always been greatly satisfied. Shout out to my buddy Steven, who always gives me a hand when I’m looking for a good game or advises me about an upcoming game that I might enjoy.

There only one guy that will help u big curly hair short guy the other guys are to stoned to help any one and mess up my orders every time some time they won’t even help me don’t go to this game stop

It might be small but it’s a lot better than most gamestops around. This is my primary choice whenever I am looking for a game. Great customer service and very helpful

Went here and they were super friendly. I went to get a blu-​tooth headset for my ps3 and they said you know you can use your regular phone one. Haha. Saved me some money. Also recommended couple good games portal 2, starcraft 2, and they were patient when I asked for several release dates.

i cam here with my brother and they are very helpful and nice. They recommended video games to him.

I’ve been to a number of Gamestop’s and although this is by far the smallest they have great customer services.
I don’t know too much about all these systems so I ask for help to find some controls for our Wii they were very helpful and took the time to show me the different options. Some of the other locations I’ve been to have had terrible customer service. They seem to have just as much selection there just not all the space.
