Honestly, Jon. Goodwill is not greedy. What are you talking about?
I mean, sure. The shirts and some of the jackets here are overpriced. 5 dollars for a T-​shirt? Pass. But they have thick coats, Italian leather purses, vintage never before worn suede pumps from the 1960s… It’s a great deal!
I just bought a designer purse, a dress for work, and a brand new leather belt for $ 17. That’s awfully cheap. And there were brand new Eddie Bauer windbreakers, trench coats (gonna need one this year!), sheepskin and calfskin Sherpa (or synthetic) lined coats for less than ten dollars, all of them. Really, can’t complain at all.

I used to love this place but as with anything greed has spoiled the fun of shopping at the Thrift Store. Over the last year or so, I find the prices of the used goods too high for what you are getting and I don’t know how much is really going back to the community. Some of the prices are the same as a typical store so why even shop here? There always seems to be a new manager when you go there as well. Don’t care for the new look or programs they have. Overall low expectations for this store now. I hardly go any more. Just my opinion.
