We had the opportunity to certify Helping Hands employees in CPR. Working with the owner of the business went very smoothly All of the employees were dressed professionally, on time, and were excited to be there. I had a very nice experience with this company. I had them transport my parents to doctors appointment and the ride couldn’t go smoother. The driver was very polite and courteous and made sure my mom was comfortable even helped her into the doctors office. Highly recommended!

When reading what they do on their website, I was excited to think they’d be very useful in being able to assist my mom. She is in a wheelchair & also use’s an electric chair. The website stated that they assist with shopping, family functions & so on. I decided to give them a call to see if I could schedule something so she could be picked up & taken to the mall to meet her sister for a day out. They informed me that they were really only used for medical appts. & if they did drop her off at the mall the cost was between $ 150.00 to $ 200.00 for 2 hrs! First off I said drop off, we can push a wheelchair (she can’t get into any of our suv’s). I was just surprised that they didn’t do what they advertised they would on their site.

I used them for a long distance transport from Riverside to San Diego County for my very elderly uncle. They had a reclining wheelchair which also elevated his legs. That was a real bonus for a long trip.
They arrived for the pick up right on time and were very courteous and helpful.

What an outstanding transport service for medical appointments.
Prompt, professional and compassionate. Made arrangements with their office over the phone and set up a schedule for next 7 days. Ian, very helpful and pleasant driver did transport daily for medical appointments. Always prompt, called for pickup and was back within 5 minutes or so. Office had said the driver can take you in but that was not necessary.
Cannot say enough about the relief of knowing you can count on all they commit to.
I understand they cover a large section of Southern California, my appointments ranged from Rancho Cucamonga to San Bernardino, CA.
Give them a call. Reliable.

Without a doubt Helping Hands blows the competition away.
I phoned Helping Hands to provide a same-​day one way pick-​up with only two hours notice.
This came about due to a previous company contacting me the night before to inform me that they wouldn’t be able to provide transportation even though I made a reservation for pick-​up four days prior. Needless to say I was not happy.
Fortunately, Helping Hands were extremely accommodating and were able to give me reassurance of making the necessary appointment time without a problem, even with the requirement of a wheelchair.
There is no question that I will use them again… They are the best around!
