Customer Service is a JOKE! This has been the worst experience in my life! Their line says«press — for Highly qualified sales representatives» only to take you to another recording. I went in yesterday after trying to call for a week with a machine telling me they are closed. I found out customer service is actually in Texas, not California. After 30 minutes of no one knowing how or who to do exchanges with they asked me to leave the helmet and pants and someone would call me today. They didn’t want to give me a receipt for the items I left and after pushing for it the receptionist wrote the products on a post-it and I had to force her to put her name it. Today I have spent another 30 minutes calling all their«ridiculous numbers», I spoke with 1 «live person» who said we are just a call center we have no contact with those people. I would never order from here again; my son plays travel hockey and we are kind of stuck with them for customized gear. Do yourself a favor… go somewhere else!!!

Bought some hockey pants from the site and upon receipt the pants were flawed(front pad was defective… padding and shell were completely separated in one and coming apart in two others). Had to pay for the return(otherwise go through a complex return process)… and when I eventually got the refund, they did not reimburse my initial shipping since they said the products were in good shape. So, I’m out both shipping costs and got nothing. I feel bad for the people who ended up buying my returned product. Obviously the quality control at HockeyMonkey is not good. So… I will not buy anything from them again… and I will be telling everyone I know to never buy from them, too. STAYAWAY!

Hey Management! Are you hearing the customers? The customer service SUCKS. Your people are not just incompetent, they are some of the RUDEST people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. People are FLEEING from your business and it seems like no one cares, they just let things continue as they are. I sure wish I would have read the prior reviews before I shopped there, but it won’t happen ever again, BELIEVEME!

Never had a problem with these guys and I’m actually returning some skates today because they don’t fit me — customer service was very helpful. Also, their prices are pretty tough to beat.

THis place shipped a batch of defective water bottles and then refused a refund or replacement. Avoid buying anything under the hockey monkey brand as you could get stuck with cheap, defective crap.
