First time here and it is the best sandwich I’ve had! Definitely will be coming here more often. Customer service is also excellent!

Make sure you know what «mikes way» is or the guy making it will yell at you. Rest of the reviews are right, bad customer service. They don’t have spinach and their veggie sandwich consisted of tomato, bell pepper, lettuce and cheese. Really? Go to subway.

2 stars for the really good subs, however this is the second time I have been here and the customer service is bad, they didn’t even ask me what kind of bread I wanted. After the fact that I asked the lady seemed annoyed with me. Some people may think customer service doesn’t matter but it does. Where’s the manager ??

I eat here every payday. I’m a big sandwich person and Jersey Mike’s always hits the spot.
Not only is the food good, let me tell you a thing or two about Jacob. Ask for him to make your sandwich. That boy can make a sub, let me tell you!
Overall, I’m always satisfied with the service and quality of my food whenever I visit this location.

I have been eating at various Jersey Mikes for a long time. This location has 1 star the staff tries, but appears that they have not been properly trained. The orders are pretty often incorrect.
I would say the operations team should spend some time helping.

This Jersey Mike’s is awesome. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened and they’re A LOT better than the previous company with a «Q» that was here. Philly cheese steak is great as well as the turkey and club sub. And of course I gotta order it «Mike’s way» with the olive oil, vinegar and oregano.

If you want a real and freshly made sub then this is where to go! Subway is trash and people that go there have no taste buds because that’s nasty process food. When I want a sub I always try and see if there’s a Jersey mikes around

The food is good. But this is the slowest jersey mikes around. I usually come between 12 – 1, And some times it takes half hour to get a sandwich. Visited on 10−12−15 and they had a trainee on the grill with a packed store. Seems to be the normal procedure to have people training during their most busy times at this location.

Great subs generous cut to order meat and cheese. Order the way you like. Clean facility, friendly helpful staff. Had a problem with my debit card Friday. Girl at register asked me two swipe card again. I checked my account balance and I was charged twice. Saturday (today) The manager assured me this has been a problem in the past and the double charge should disappear by Monday. She saif if I have any problems to brig in a cooy of my bank statement and she will credit the extra charge and give me a free six inch sub for my trouble. Good customer service. I am sure it was an accident. I will return again regardless because of their caring attitude. Sandwiches are very tasty, no kidding. Bank charge taken off I noticed. Both charges so I added another star. It appears that my meal was free since there debit machine was acting up. My account shows no charge. Excellent customer service! Great management. Shows they really care. I will be back back to this establishment. And you should try it too.

Jersey Mikes is hands down the best sandwich shop when it comes to a quick sub with fresh meat and veggies. Just writing this review makes me want one!

This location ROCKS! This was my first time. I came at lunch with some friends from work, the device was so fast! My sandwich was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. They definitely have some new customers!

We ordered the #56 and #8. I loved the #8, but the big kahuna with extra cheese had nothing big about nor enough cheese. I would have given this place a 3 but the fact that they had a bunch of cooked bacon in a foil made bag on the counter top for over an hour made me very leery about the meat HEALTH quality going into the sandwiches. I feel bad for the only two employees running the store as they were slammed, with people complaining about their food and crap all over their stations. I hope this place shapes up.

Subway? Where they do that lol… Jersey Mike’s is the spot! Best subs just outside riverside. Really fresh and tasty. Had the supreme… bomb​.com!

Customer service is terrible. They don’t listen to what you order just make it there way. They don’t communicate with there customers and when you asked them anything they ignore you. There sandwiches are horrible I asked for wheat and they told me they didn’t have any buy the lady next to me has wheat bread. I recommend to go to a diff place and not that sandwich place.

Love their sandwiches but they need more workers in the evening at least. There was a huge line and at least 3 people waiting for phone/​internet orders. The workers are very patient and friendly even though they were obviously overwhelmed.

Love it everyone is great they really know how to build a sandwich quickly and not lose the consistent great quality. I’ve only been here a few times but 13 miles way all day. I hope you try it soon enjoy and be kind

This location has always delivered excellent service and is always clean. I haven’t had too long of a wait, but the shopping center is pretty busy. Best sandwiches around, love it mikes way.

My husband is a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s, me not so much, so 3 stars to even it out.
Service is nice and the quality is better than Subway.
He gets the Big Kahuna Cheese steak every time and loves it.
You choice of white or wheat, hot and cold sandwiches in 3 sizes.
Prices are a bit steep, but they have a loyalty club and coupons which can save a few bucks.
Everything is sliced and made to order but still moves pretty fast.
Great location which makes for a perfect lunch time stop.
