I cleaned out my garage, my backyard and remodeled the inside of my house and couldn’t figure out what to do with all the trash. I ran across King’s Property Preservation and they did a great job cleaning everything up in a timely manner. I would definitely refer him to any realtors, contractors, house renovators, or just the average home owner. Thanks kings property

Found this company on Craigslist and his ad was true to his word. Great price, fast and reliable service. He went above and beyond to provide accurate details of what service he could offer us for removing the items we had leftover from a duplex home renovation. All in all this is a great company to give out a try and the owner Eden is extremely helpful.

Can’t say enough great things about Eden and his company. His rates are downright cheap compared to other companies. He also is very courteous and responsive and professional, he was on time, text me to confirm and put down lining to cover my floors as he removed a ton of demo’ed material from my house and took great care not to hurt my floors. He picked up everything so fast and you couldn’t even tell there was trash there ever after. I will definitely use him again. Call them, you won’t regret it.

Great fast and efficient service! Hard to find a good company willing to put in the work and have a great attitude at the same time. I called to have a job quoted, have a set date to start and finished and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Glad I called them first. Will definitely be calling Kings property again!

I have called Kings Property Preservation on 3 separate occasions to remove trash from my house. The things that impress me the most are: hard working and reliable, their price is good, and they are quick to get to my place to help me out. Eden is a class act and have spent time chatting with him after he helped remove a bunch of stuff from the house I was moving out of. I love supporting businesses like his because he is local young man with a wife and little child and he works hard to provide for his family and to provide a great service for his clients. Anyone that needs help with trash removed is always sent his way!
