Mountain Mikes Pizza

First time trying them last night. It was good. Great flavor, good crunch, not too thick. Lisa was helpful when giving my order and they delivered timely. We will definitely try them again! Thanks for giving us plates and cheese/​peppers.

They have that «sourdough» crust. Distinctive taste.
Good place, good employees. Will be back soon.

Always hear about this place and decided to try it. Wish I didn’t, but at least now I won’t be wondering about this place. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a side of boneless hot wings. Pizza is plain out disgusting. Frozen pizza is better and way cheaper. Pepperoni are small and they overcook them. The bottom crust is hard! There is nothing good about this pizza the crust, sauce, its horrible. The boneless hot wings are disgusting, nothing but fat. Taste cheap.

I was skeptical about getting a pizza because the place was completely empty at 9:00 pm. I decided to go for it. I just had a small pizza, thin crust margherita. WOW!!! This pizza was out of this world. Awesome garlic taste, with olive oil, crust was perfectly crispy … If this is indicative of how good their pizza is, I’m there again.

The Pizza is good but the people who work there are not. The owner has a magnet to hire the worst people who represent his business. Step up and train your staff to give good customer service. Especially without an attitude. Good pizza plus good customers equals a successful business.

Can’t go wrong with pepperoni on your pizza… crispy cup looking pepperoni. White sauce is delicious. Best time to come is during the lunch buffet. You will get to try every Pizza they make and they take requests!

Love this pizza! We have our pizza delivered it always comes quickly and hot customer service is always great from the phone call to the delivery. Worth every penny.

Worst experience. Second time ordering from them, second time with something wrong. First time, they left off a topping I paid extra for… Second time, they didn’t honor my coupon and over charged me. When I called to have it corrected, I was treated very poorly. I was considering using them for my classroom… But I am NEVER going here again. Lesson learned.

The employees are so unprofessional here, I never write bad reviews but this place pissed me off because it’s the 3^rd time I wasted my money on their super expensive pizza, the first time I came in the pizza was so good that’s why I’m willing to pay more but 3 times in a row after a bad experience like wow. After the first time honestly Dominoes or little Caesars has better pizza then this place. High school kids working with no managers around, bad attitude from the casheir who almost overcharged me. They get mad if you come in 10 minutes before closing and they make you feel stupid that they have to stay a few minutes over to finish your order. Random people walking around the kitchen with no uniforms I guess their friends stopping by to hang out in the back. Employees playing around and joking in uniforms. Pizza either has too little sauce or too much topping it’s never a proper balance, crust is either too well done or undercooked and you taste the raw dough, waste of $ 80 (3 visits) and never a manager around to fix the problem they just give you attitude.

One of my favorite pizza places of all time! The service is really good. Salad bar is always fresh and new when you walk in! The store is always clean. The employees are always nice and welcoming when you first walk in. They are always checking up on you making sure that everything is all good! They have so many different options for pizza. They have white sauce pizzas like The Chicken Club or the Snowy Alps! They have barbecue sauce pizzas like Pineapple Chicken luau or the BBQ at the ranch! They have many different options! They have all meat combinations, veggie combinations, mixed combinations! They have new pizzas like the Jungle Style Pizza and it tastes exactly like and in and out hamburger! It’s delicious! You can create your own pizzas, you can do half and half on pizza, you have so many options that’s my favorite part about the place! Definitely recommend this pizza place!

The pizza here is some best around. The pepperoni is by far there best pizza it has 10x the flavor of any other pizza

When this location opened I was quick to check out the food by trying the base pepperoni and later coming for the buffet. It’s always been a reasonably good experience with this location minus some deliveries not going so well (unable to find my street somehow). Thankfully over time this became a non-​issue.
Today I tried to call in a delivery order because I had a foot injury that made going up for carry-​out a last resort. After staying on hold for about 6 minutes with no response or update it seemed clear I wasn’t going to be able to order delivery let alone a carry out order so I opted to make the short trek over. The restaurant wasn’t overflowing, it was actually a bit dull so I really didn’t get what was going on, I mentioned I tried to phone in an order for delivery when I went to place my order but the register clerk didn’t care, simply asking if I was going to order something or not.
I placed what’s probably my last pizza order at this location and waited it out only to find they didn’t even get the time estimate right and it was waiting in their warm locker. Lovely to know.
Not sure what happened to the service here but I can say if phone orders are going to stall into oblivion and the staff can’t be bothered to care then I’m done with them. My kid was counting on a pizza from the location so that’s the only reason I stuck it out, in the future I’ll have an alternate ready so I can support places that actually care when they mess up on execution.

I like mountain mikes pizza well enough. It’s pretty taste and cooked right. The only gripe I have is the price. It is really expensive pizza. Definitely overpriced. The best deal though is their lunch buffet. I go there for that and I always feel that I get my money’s worth.

A bit of a tip for newcomers here. Do the buffet, you’ll get your moneys worth. Do not order a full pizza, you’ll be disappointed, very pricey for what you get in a full pizza. You can get cheaper and bigger elsewhere. Two of us for pizza buffet and drinks, under $ 16. Not bad.

Pizza was ok, until we noticed our sausage was raw. It looked like they don’t clean the place very often, the napkin holders had a thick layer of dust. The lady at the register was also prepping the food, but she kept leaving her glove on and not changing it.

I only come here when I get out-​voted on where to eat for weekday lunches. Thankfully, that does not occur too often. The pizzas here are actually really good. I just bloat out like Violet Beauregarde in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when she eats Wonka’s magic chewing gum. The pizza dough is a little overwhelming but great for those looking to carbo-​load. I should be so lucky…
The lunch buffet is the sole reason I even agree to go here. For less than $ 8 it includes AYCE pizza (they take special requests!), salad bar (they have mixed greens!), and dessert pizza with cinnamon-​sugar streusel. They also do a dinner buffet on Wednesday nights.
I like their cute quarter-​sized pepperonis and pineapple BBQ chicken pizza. They do an almost mind-​blowing one with white cream sauce, grilled chicken, bacon, chopped tomatoes, and green onions.

The crust is too bready/​doughey for me, and barely any cheese. I feel like I’m just filling up on bread. If you’re not getting delivery, don’t even bother. It’s absolute chaos inside. Noisy children, one person on the cash register with a long-​ass line, other staff members frantically rushing around looking stressed, salad bar out of plates, etc.

I honestly don’t know how I even learned about Mountain Mike’s Pizza, but I will say I am very glad I found this place because I really do enjoy a good pizza! If you’re in the area or you love a decent pizza definitely try out Mountain Mike’s!
I came in this afternoon about a quarter after 1pm today to check out their buffet. Their buffet including a drink comes out to about $ 7, and I definitely felt I got my money’s worth and a great value! I really enjoyed the variety of pizzas they had from their Pepperoni, the Snowy Alps, the Diamond Head, and the others from what I recalled. They also have a salad bar and a fountain drink machine.
From when I stepped into their doors, I really liked the scenery, the décor, and atmosphere. It was a moderately busy with a few customers. They had many TVs inside that you can enjoy your meal and watch the game by yourself, family, or friends if you choose. I was greeted by who I think was the manager who was friendly in taking my order, and letting me know they had fix one of the fountain drink stations I had told her about.
I have to say I really enjoyed their pizzas and what they had to offer that I would definitely come back! Move over Round Table, you’re not the only Honest Pizza in town! The only problem I have is that they won’t deliver in my area which makes me sad. The only MM’s I know are in Corona, Rancho Cucamonga, and Chino. I know a pizza like a Mountain Mike’s would put Round Table to shame, and they would be welcomed with open arms to Riverside! Think Round Table, but only better!

So I sent an email to Mountain Mike’s pizza and they have decided to ignore me since there’s been NO response to my questions. When a company does this I know they’re bad at the core and it’s not just the people that work for them that don’t care.
Good luck if you come here and like I said: CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Oh… and incase you didn’t know: There’s a billion places to get pizza out there that are so much better than Mountain’s Mikes Get-It-OUR-Way-Or-Don’t-Get-It Pizza.
