I had a bad experience with a repair here. In the end everything got sorted out but the whole experience was enough for me to never go back. It’s a shame because they are right across the street from where I live, but I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this establishment due to the poor management, and bad customer relation skills of the staff.

My daughter has been taking piano lessons at this location going on 3 years now. She is doing extremely well and I have her wonderfully talented teacher, Ms. Stephanie, to thank for her progress. What my daughter is gaining with her piano lessons will be a lifelong gift to our family. Ms. Stephanie is a phenomenal teacher. There are also many other talented music teachers at this location as evidenced by the recitals that are held throughout the year. If you are thinking about starting music lessons for your child, please check this place out… you will not be disappointed.

We love Music and Arts! My daughter has been taking piano lessons from Stephanie for 3 years. She is now 9 years old and still loves coming to her piano lesson every week. Not once have I heard her complain about coming to her lesson. Stephanie has been perfect for my daughter. She makes her lessons fun; challenges her; but never pressures her too much. You can tell she loves what she does.
I also love the girls that work at the store. Dara and Karissa are total sweethearts! They are always so friendly and helpful!

I came into this store for replacement strings for my new ukulele and hoped someone could show me how to restring it as I have never played any string instruments before and don’t know how to do that. There was a very nice blonde lady there who patiently showed me how to restring the ukulele and stretched the strings a little so now the instrument stays in tune much easier. The other girl was also super helpful and nice and told me that they actually offered some pretty affordable ukulele lessons.
I paid in cash so I didn’t have any issues with payment that other reviewer had.
They also have a rewards card program, and I love rewards cards. I definitely intend on coming back here next time I need something for my ukulele.

My daughter has been taking lessons at this store for 2 years. I haven’t had any payment issues like the previous reviewer. The only problem I had was with the blond girl who works there a lot, I think she is the store manager. She told me that she would order a book for me and call me when it arrived. She never ordered it and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about it later.
I have only dealt with one music teacher and that is Joy. Joy teaches violin. She is very nice and very patient.

Don’t ever buy anything from here. The teachers at this company are good (but they work independently and you pay them not Alta Loma) and I would recommend using them for lessons. But beware if you purchase items from the store. They are constantly having «problems» with their credit card machine and will charge you repeatedly for the same item. Then when you discover the problem of mutiple charges with your bank, the store will do nothing to credit the money back. Instead they keep it and tell you to talk to your bank. Your bank will probably be helpful with the dispute (mine was) but the store did not respond to my bank so it took a few months to get my money back. The owner refused to call me when I called to request them to fix it. Very dishonest organization.
