Very professional and helpful. Wade, a lead plumbing technician, was right on time and discussed the most effective solutions to my plumbing issues. He also provided great advice on other areas such as proper water pressure and how to adjust the regulator. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called early in the morning and they had a spot open for that morning. The plumber arrived 30 minutes early. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It only took him around 30 minutes to fix everything. I had a great experience with this company.

We were changing toilets and found a leaky valve. The bolt had fused to the pipe and we could not fix it ourselves. We called one stop and Rafael came to the house the next morning. He was on time, professional and personable. He changed the piping and we installed the toilet. The piece was several hundred less than I thought it would be. We will use them again!

Unilocal totally steered me in the right direction. I called and they were busy but called me right back. I told them the situation, they quoted me a price and then tasked it to Ed to arrive 3hrs after I called. Ed arrived and was super kind. He explained everything he was doing and tried to save me a few bucks. Unfortunately after all his attempts we needed to go with the more expensive route. He was very professional, courteous, and clean. He made sure it looked better than new. In addition he quoted me for another project. Had a wonderful experience with these guys and trust me we’ll be back soon :-)

What a fantastic company!!! Ed, the technician, arrived at the exact time he said he would! My window was from 1030 – 1130 and he was in the driveway at 1029! He was knowledgeable, honest, and very nice. He cleared the clogged drain in no time and I’m pleased to say I have my kitchen back! Quoted price is the price I paid! The office staff was very helpful and pleasant! You get an A+ from this teacher!!!

I had a busted water heater and these guys took care of everything. They came out installed a new water heater and disposed of my old water heater. The price was competitive, and the quality of work was great. I called the day of and they were able to complete the work in a few hours. I plan on being a repeat customer for all my plumbing needs.

I called because my garbage disposal needed replacement. I got an accurate quote over the phone and an appointment the same day! Ed was so nice and professional. Most important of all… be was clean! He went above and beyond to make sure his job was thorough. He checked the water pressure coming into the house and found that it was too high, which made complete sense because I could never run two faucets at the same time.
He did such a great job I’m having him come out to my parents house on Monday to fix a sink that’s been weak for a while but was nervous because I didn’t know any plumbers.

I called to fix shower knob and within the hour, Rafael was here. After fixing shower, he checked the water pressure and it was @ 120 psi (too high), he adjusted the regulator and noticed that it wasn’t working. Regulator was changed and now @ 55 psi. I can’t believe it, my house is only 3 years old. Thanks to Rafael the problem was fixed before it messed up the whole plumbing in the house. Very professional and knowledgeable, 2 thumbs up.

Hello just updating my review the $ 100 was for the hose, valve and installation cost per unit. As I mentioned originally I thought the cost was a little high. I called the company and spoke with Teara who was my main contact person. She is wonderfully professional which I liked. I explained my feelings regarding the additional work I ask to be done and the cost.
Teara reviewed my order and said she would consider giving me a break on the price which she did follow through on. Teara also provided me with the link to get my rebates done electronically. I am completely satisfied with the service and really thank Teara for considering my concern about price which is important in this day and age. Also there is a twelve month warranty on the installation so when I look at their service in totality I am completely satisfied and recommend them for all your plumbing needs thanks ONE STOP.

So very pleased with the work that was done today :) called and they had someone available in less then an hour! Had a problem with my plumbing that I didn’t even know what could of been wrong and the plumber found what was wrong with it right away! Very honest and helpful and the price was better then j expected for the work that was done! Thank you so much I won’t be with out a toilet and tub today!

Our shower all of a sudden would turn completely off when turning the knob for hot water. We tried to fix it ourselves but couldn’t get the filter out of the pipe. Called One Stop Plumbers on a Sunday and was able to set up an immediate service date for Monday morning. Wade was on time, came inside with all the right tools (he didn’t have to keep running to his truck to get more tools). He was fast, clean, and got our shower running perfectly. Would highly recommend using them again if needed.

Opened the garage door today and noticed the drywall was wet near the water-​heater. Got on Unilocal to figure out who I could call because my other plumber was busy with a job and I was panicky. Left a message and Tara called me right back. Wade came out and was able to replace my water-​heater. Its an upgrade from my old one — has electronic reader and Wade installed a water pan underneath so if in the future this one leaks — the water will collect in the pan and drain on the ground rather than on the pedestal it stands on and get the drywall and pedestal wet. Wade also tested my water pressure — it was too high. He showed me how to adjust the pressure but even after that it was slowly climbing back up. I also had the pressure valve replaced. Hope I don’t have any more plumbing issues — but if I do, I will make sure I contact OneStop and request Wade.

Was in a pinch so I contacted One Stop, along with a couple others. It is funny how the other plumbers fell off the face of the earth after the initial call. One Stop was on top of the situation with numerous phone calls and texts to make sure I was in the loop.
Special parts needed to be ordered, and Teara made sure to confirm the install time with me once the parts came in.
Ed, the technician is awesome. He was able to knock the work out in no time flat. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable by explaining what the parts are and even providing tips to make sure you do not have any future problems.
I would definitely use them again and would refer my friends, relatives and even enemies to this company.

Great service for a good price. I checked out a couple other plumbers and their quotes were $ 100 or more for each thing I asked about.
Wade came out and did an excellent job. He answered all of my questions and even gave me recommendations on the order how to do things and products.
Definitely going to call them again!
