Since working out with him, I understand so much more about the different muscle groups in my body, and how what I eat affects my body and my fitness goals. Aside from Peter’s expertise as an amazing trainer, I appreciate his motivational style. He has a kind, warm personality, and is able to motivate and push me to my personal best in a non-intimidating way.
