Pizza Hut

First time at this Pizza Hut and they were swamped! They only had one cashier in the front, Allison, who did such a great job in juggling new orders, delivering ready meals, and keeping her cool when it was busy. Great heart & great service, especially under the pressure of handling the front on her own. Pizza was good too.

Ordered the pizza online and it was ready for pickup in 15 min. I approached the counter and a friendly lady asked for my name and then took my credit card for payment. I got my pizza (still hot) and was out of there in less than 3 minutes. Very fast service and friendly too. One of my favorite pizza place in this area.

This is a good Old Faithful go to pizza that always gets the job done. My family enjoys barbecued honey wings boneless of course. Hersheys chocolate chip dessert is quite tasty also.

I placed a pick up order tonight, I had several questions before making a decision with my order. I checked my receipt and I believe the man who helped me was Justin, he was very helpful and explained the different pizza crust options as well. My pizza was ready in a speedy 15 minutes, walked right in and felt welcomed. Really enjoy the service I get here and love the pizza of course :)

They’ve forgotten items two of the three times we have ordered. And in our Pizza Hut profile it says to not ring the doorbell, which is seen by every person that takes our orders. And yet they ring the doorbell every time (sleeping baby). It sucks they’re the only Pizza Hut that delivers to us. Now we’re trying different places.

Pizza is good, along with the wings, pasta and breaksticks. Always shows up timely and the delivery people are always nice and friendly.

The best Pizza Hut around with the friendliest staff. Quick service with a smile. Awesome delivery drivers, courteous and on time, Jacob and Nick.

First time visiting this Pizza Hut and received such poor service walking in for a pick up, no greetings or offer for help, employees were rude.

Seriously worse customer service. Called on the phone and associate was very monotone. I’m assuming it was the same associate when I went in to pick up my order. He acted if he hated his job. There were many associates working on a Friday night and they spent more time socializing amongst one another while customers waited in line. Maybe redirect your joking attitude towards the customer and we’d think you were more friendly.

Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this specific Pizza Hut. My boyfriend and I continuously stress every time, that we haven’t had an order made correctly here yet in the last two years. I finally feel peeved to where I need to share it. Although the prices are right, customer service and efficiency are not consistent, nor appropriate for a pizza place. The majority of times that I’ve ordered from this establishment, it’s taken well over the approximate wait time that was established. The employees at the register are hit or miss, in the sense that they are friendly or the bipolar opposite and make you want to leave. To top it off, at least one of the pizzas ordered is made incorrectly (ingredients– sauces/​toppings), or there is little to no cheese. I have repeatedly had to return to pick up a new pizza and have not received any sort of apology or compensation for several repeat issues. I give them two stars, one taken for mistakes made, one taken for consistent efficiency issues, and another taken for customer service.

Great service and quick delivery! I’m very happy just knowing they are 2 minutes away from my house. Whether I pick up or have it delivered they have great friendly customer service! Plus their pizzas are delish! Highly recommend!

A fee weeks ago, we ordered pizza for delivery, they told us 30mins. An hour and a half passes and still no pizza. We only live less than 5 mins away, so there should be no excuse. There was a lack of communication from Pizza Hut. Also, when we called, the person who helped us did not even know where the pizza was at this point. So, of course, we cancelled the order clearly upset. The manager said they would refund us the money, but failed to do so.
TODAY (⁶⁄₂₇) we decided to carry out instead. We went in the restaurant and ordered a large pepperoni pizza, with the hot dog crust. We got our order, and when we got home and opened the pizza, they gave us a CHEESE pizza, not the one we had ordered. Not only that, but it was a BURNT cheese pizza. So we called the manager to get a refund, but he only offered to make another pizza or store credit. However, I demanded a refund. So, I came back to the restaurant, and this shift manager, Nicholas, was VERY rude and did not even try to apologize for the mistake or misunderstanding. I was the one who even said «thank you» in the end. It was very, very disappointing, and VERY unprofessional. If you’re the shift manager, YOU represent the restaurant more because you are at a higher position. I’m not ordering here again.

For those that don’t like long posts, the TLDR of this is, they were ridiculously late, clueless about how to deal with it, and I’ll probably never order from them again. For those that like longer drawn out reviews, continue on…
As a full time college student/​mom of three I hate to admit that the pizza delivery people start remembering our family around finals time. I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut several times before and have no problems, let’s be honest the pizza isn’t the best, but for the convenience of delivery it’s not bad.
Well…when they actually manage to deliver it.
Tonight I place an order online kind of late (long day) around 7:45, normally our wait is 30 minutes but tonight they’re projecting a full hour, which I find out after submitting the order. Not wanting to hassle with anything else I figure I can wait, and the kids will just go to bed late. So imagine my frustration when I haven’t received a phone call or seen a delivery car pull up by 9 PM. I call and the girl I speak to seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing, I ask her to check on the status, she puts me on hold and when she returns she says it’ll be another 10 minutes. At this point it will mean that my order is 30 minutes late and an hour and a half past when I ordered it. She’s apologetic, which is nice, and offers a credit, but neither feed my kids right now. I express my frustration with the lack of communication, because if I would have known, I would have fed them something else or gone with a different pizza place. She again apologizes, still failing to recognize the problem of the lack of communication. I ask for a manager, and it turns out she is the manager. I ended up cancelling my order and will stick with a different pizza place from now on.
If the manager or any responsible employee happens to read this, my advice is, if an order is going to be late, call the customers! It’s unacceptable to receive an order that late without notification! Your lack of communication cost you a customer tonight!

Last week I called this Pizza Hut for a delivery order, because I was alone with my kids and their cousins.
I’m in this Pizza Hut’s system, but the girl couldn’t find me.
So she asks for the cross streets near my house. And my place is about 2 miles away… Yet she immediately tells me that I need to contact the nearest Pizza Hut location to me. She proceeds to give me a Pizza Hut in Ontario.
When she finally stopped talking, I let her know that my house is 2 miles away, and can she check my streets again.
She put me on hold for 10 minutes while she went to ask her manager about my address.
Getting pizza delivered was a pain.

Called in to order and a young girl answers unable to take my order because she’s to busy laughing and being immature! Then she hangs up on me! I hope the manager reads this review. Very unprofessional!!!

They serve Beer. Great place to stop to watch a game or get some wings. Food is always made to perfection and a large dining area to enjoy some pizza and ice cold blue moon. Definitely will return!

I come here so often becauase my grandson who has autism enjoys his pizza. They take care of us and are so understanding to his needs. They even let him watch his cartoon network on one of the tv’s. Zach, Brian and Nck are the very best. Thanks guys for being so awesome and your pizza is the best !

Delivery sucks! Ordered my pizza online and 30 min after they called to let me know it would be 50 min! The guy was so rude and argued about the time I placed my order! I canceled my order! You guys are the worst Pizza Hut location

Merely based on customer service because we all know the quality of Pizza Hut’s pizza and we all have our opinions.
When this place opened up, the family and I ordered the dinner box and our bone in chicken was raw so I called them to let them know but my brother returned them. A few days later the manager calls my house phone and had an elaborate explanation as to what happened with the fryer.
Months later, today, I decided to try again from Pizza Hut since this one is the closest to my house and when I walked in to pick up my order I remembered the managers name from my machine and happened to mention he was the one who left a nice message on my home answering machine (no one has ones these days except my family) and he comped me for my pizza. I was not expecting it.
However what I observed about this particular Pizza Hut is that they have booze, flat screen TV’s on the walls, lunch specials, and the NFL schedule listed. Maybe I’ll be here one day soon for football, pizza, and booze.
