Juan is a very nice guy. He is on time. I had him re-​glaze a guest bath tub & shower wall tiles in 2013 that came out great. He charged a reasonable price of $ 450.00. I recently called him back for a re-​do of the guest bathroom tub/​shower walls because I updated it and wanted a fresh look and I took shower doors out. Based on pics I sent Juan he quoted me $ 750.00.
I thought his charge went up much for a repeat customer but called him for the job anyway.
He sold me on an upgraded stone look texture paint finish for wall tiles and raised the price to $ 900.00 but I got him to agree to $ 850.00.
The job came out good but I did not catch the small missed area under the soap dish yet.
I then called him back for the same job to be done on my larger master tub shower tile walls. This job cost me $ 950.00. He originally wanted $ 1,150. Once he left I noticed areas around soap dish were missed stood out and there were three other small areas missed. I text Juan and he said sorry and that it can be fixed. Over a week later he returned to fix the missing areas. When job complete I noticed the paint was darker in the areas he touched up and still one small area not covered well and around soap dish does not look complete. His response was the more I paint it shows darker. Like hey your stuck with it. He also missed an area under the guest bathroom soap dish I caught after a more careful look. That one he also corrected. I feel that Juan did not pay attention to a detail final examine after his job and before applying the seal finish.
For his charge $ 1,800 total both baths I expected complete perfection with his experience and the fact I am a repeat customer. I also prior to finding the missed areas gave him a great referral. Juan knows his work and he knows this job was not to complete satisfaction. I think in my case he should either have offered to redo the job correctly in master bath even if it meant re stripping and re painting or suggested a good will gesture of a partial refund to leave as is. I think $ 100.00 would be fair. Maybe he will see this review and take it into consideration and mail me a check. Juan has great potential and I am satisfied with the 2013 job and now the guest bath after touch up but master bath is why the two stars.

Luis was a thorough professional. He gave me very reasonable quote to reglaze a section of my shower stall that was cracked. He was able to color match and made it look like new again. My master bath shower stall looks great. He did a great job cleaning up after as well. I highly recommend him, thanks for the great work!
