Protech Garage Doors

I actually had a couple of quotes and opinions for my busted garage door opener from other companies before I call Mike who came highly recommended from a friend who had used his expertise and honesty for quite some time.
Unlike the other guys, even though he did not carry the brand that I was looking for, Mike did not try to switch me to the brand he had in his truck just so to get rid of inventory.
Mike took the trouble to get what I needed even though the part was in another county and he kept me informed all the way. He made sure I had a working door even after his working hour on a weekend. I appreciate this kind of responsibility and professionalism from a business. In addition, his pricing is very reasonable.

Had a guy named Mike come check out my broken garage door over the weekend very kind and helpful didn’t charge much. Job was done well Thankful for the good service I can use my garage door again. I highly recommend Protech.

I recently had the misfortune to discover broken springs on my garage door and a trapped vehicle. Before calling work to inform my boss that I couldn’t make it that night I decided to a little research to find a quick solution.
I’m glad I did!
I found and contacted Protech and was gratified to learn that they have a 24 hour emergency service policy. The owner, Mike was very professional, he even gave me a courtesy call letting me know he would arrive at my house in 15 minutes. He arrived on time and before I knew it, my garage door was fixed and my car freed.
The cost to accomplish all of this was reasonable and were I to find myself in this unfortunate situation again, I know who I’ll call.

The garage door decided to quit on me and stop working and I need a repair done quickly without costing me an arm and a leg. Our garage door cables were loose and popped off the reels. After a quick Unilocal search I decided to get a free estimate from Protech Garage Doors. In no time, Mike came out and made the necessary adjustments. Within 20 minutes our garage door was in great working order. Fast and professional service! Would recommend!

We purchased our house six months ago and the garage door never really worked well, it always made grinding and cracking sounds as it would go up and down, I called protect garage doors and they offered to come out the SAME DAY! 2hours later Mike the garage guy came out fixed my door in 20 minute and did a tune up on my door and motor all for a reasonable price. I would defiantly recommend.

My garage was having many problems. It was closing by itself when I have it open. It was also making a lot of noises and I knew it was time to get a professional to come and check out the work. I gave mike the owner a call on a Saturday morning. He told me that he would be at my house from 12−3pm. At 11:45am, he gave me a call and made sure it was okay for him to be at my house in 15 minutes. He came just on time and got started on my garage. At first. I was hoping he can repair the garage and not need to get a new motor. He was completely honest with what was wrong with my garage. He insisted to try and salvage the motor and see if it would get better. Unfortunately, I’ve had the genie motor for 15 years and it seems as though it’s about time to get a new one. He gave me many different options and asked what I wanted. I decided to go with the Liftmaster. Mike gave me an amazing deal for it. He knew what he was doing and did not waste any time. I would definitely recommend giving Mike a call if anyone is having trouble with their garages.
