RESCUE Green came to inspect our multifamily property. At first we just wanted to update a few things. But I was trying to qualify for some rebates.
After they explained to me how the rebate program worked and showed me the benefits of doing more efficient upgrades. We picked a package that gave our units dual pane windows, tank less water heaters and high efficient heating and cooling.
So far the tenants have reported improved comfort. The process was Seamless with the install. Everything was done at a high caliber. Very impressed with the service

Joseph and his team were wonderful! We did all of the following services:
1-​air sealing
2– attic insulation
3– new ducting with zoning
4– tankless water heater
5– solar
To date we have had a negative Edison bill every month & we have been running the AC almost everyday. we have also saved over $ 200 so far this year on our gas bill! The upgrades are paying for themselves.
