Mediocre is the new norm these days. The butchers must have taken that day off from school. Having a couple tough, not very chewable, medium rare grilled rib eye steaks; I asked if they, meaning two different «butchers» for any suggestions. The only answers were «sorry about that» and today «good luck.»

Been comparing prices and Stater Brother’s is getting expensive. Occasional good prices but rare. Used to be less expensive.

First off I want to start by saying I shop here every single weekend. I actually drive out of my way to come to this location cuz it’s always immaculately clean, the customer service is bar none, and I’m always treated well.
I ran into an incident where I bought a lot of items for the establishment I work for. I lost the receipt and it was over $ 400 worth of items. The management team here went above and beyond to locate that receipt even though it was Cash. They took the time out of their day and really work that out for me so I wouldn’t owe that money back to the establishment I work for. I appreciate that so much and you definitely have a lifetime customer in me. It’s things like that that build the bonds that keep businesses alive and well! A large, very clean, well organized grocery store. The employees running the butchers are always super helpful, and checkout is always quick and easy. The parking can be kind of a pain at times, though, as the lot is really not big enough to fully support a shopping center of that size. But, that’s really the only issue that I have with the place, and it is my go-​to grocery store whenever I am in the Corona area.

I have been going to the Stater Brothers for a very long time. I shop here twice a week. If I had another choice to go somewhere else I probably would go there. They are just so close to my house that I continue to shop here. I know where everything is at.
Sometimes the employees are really nice but most of the time they are rude. Half the time when I go to the checkout the cashiers are talking to each other about their life. If you ask for help finding something it’s like you’re bothering them. You have to constantly watch the prices because they’re not the price that is on the shelf. They have long lines most of the time. I have actually even talked to the manager about the rudeness of their employees, but nothing has changed.

I have been a customer of Stater Bros in Corona for 10+years and have always had problems with their deli employees attitudes! What happened tonight at the deli not only caused me to write this review of their POOR customer service but also made me wanting to start shopping at albertsons instead.
I came in around 8:30pm earlier tonight when I encountered a very rude deli employee. I have always had a problem with this one employee showing me attitude and ignoring me. Someone was in front of me in line, so I waited. Around 20min went by and she was still chit chatting with the man in front of me and giving the guy free cookies for his kids. I still waited and didn’t say anything until it was my turn. Once I gave my order she took out a leftover piece of bologna and I said can you give me slices from a fresh one and she just said «Anyways, I have to sell this!» With an attitude and just threw the leftover piece onto the counter meaning she is going to slice that one for me. I still stayed silent and didn’t say anything about her behavior. This is when I got really mad! After waiting for 30min and also giving my order, she said I’ll be back and went into the back area. She began to start wrapping up other meats and cleaning up, with me still standing waiting…
Long story short, I asked her to call the manager and I talked to him about what she was doing. I ended up leaving the store with nothing after 30 minutes of waiting…
Never coming back to this stater bros…

Was very clean everyone was really nice and helpful line are not long like a lot of the other stores I go to parking lot is very clean and no shopping cars all over the place

Paper or plastic? I can’t remember the last time I heard that upon checking out. Stater Bros. was my go to when I lived in the IE and it still is whenever I visit. This last visit the cashier went out of her way to try and locate an extra coupon for me for the four cases of water I was buying until the manager told her they were mail only. I thought it was nice of her even though I didn’t even realize there was a coupon but the additional savings would have been nice. 4 stars because I think they should offer a phone number option to retrieve coupons and discounts like other grocery stores.

This is a really nice Stater Bros. It looks like a fairly new build (probably to cater to all of the newly built master planned communities in the area). First thing I noticed is its mid-​day and parking is scarce. Either people don’t need to work around here, they’re working from home, or something… but parking is difficult to find. My usual trip to the deli to grab a rotisserie chicken is a no-​go as well. The shelves that usually carry a dozen chickens or so are empty :-(
Bummer, I think everyone has the same idea. The only thing left is cold or looks shriveled and over cooked. Leaving empty-​handed :-(
I’d give the facility a four star, but looking nice doesn’t fill my stomach. Also, the full parking lot is no-​bueno. Hi highly doubt I’ll make a pit-​stop here passing by in the future.

Love this stater bros. Used to live right across the street from this store. The staff is very friendly, the store is clean, and they are very quick at the meat and deli Dept’s. The location of this store is convenient, I can grab some coffee at its a grind, put gas in my car, and then hit the grocery store.

I love this location’s deli. They have great lunch combos and sandwiches are much better than subway for the same price.
Thanks Desiraee in the deli for holding it down. My mom came in and requested a particular sandwich they don’t make anymore, but Desiraee hooked it up and was able to make it by memory. Sweeet. Thanks Staters!

Went here late last night so there was only one cash register open. She was VERY RUDE did not even look me nor my boyfriend in the eye while checking us out. She was also talking to a co worker while doing so & then the bagger did not even bag up our stuff they were all standing there like zombies. I usually like this place & there all super friendly but those 3 girls working the cash register were definitely not.

This store is not super special compared other grocery stores… but the guys who work in the meat department always seem to be working extra hard… they are speedy, and friendly… WE ALWAYS GO THEM WHEN WE BBQ… the cashiers at the front are usually friendly too, they should just have more checkstands open when we shop ;)

My favorite Stater Bros. The produce is very good. Meat selection is good. And good customer service. This store is always busy so I try to be there at 8 AM to be in and out.

Really like this stores deli, meat and bakery sections. The staff at the meat counter have always been friendly and helpful. The bulk chorizo from the meat counter is really good. I love Mexican chorizo but can’t stand the greasy kind that disintegrates when you cook it. This chorizo is meaty with very little grease.

Although I have a Vons 2 miles away from our house, I choose to shop at Stater Bros which is 10 miles away. This store is always clean, they have friendly staff, and their prices beat Von’s overall. I particularly like the wide aisles this store has.
I took off two stars simply because they let too many solicitors setup fort in front of their store. It is really irritating to me. Every weekend I’m telling some cute kid that I’m not interested in buying cookies or popcorn. Or worse, I’m telling some political junky that I’m not interested in signing his petition. It doesn’t really matter to me what it is they are selling or for what cause. I’m sure they are all for great causes and are all important to somebody.
The fact is, I don’t want to have to tell them that I’m not interested on my way in, and then again to a different vendor on my way out. Stater Bros must think they are doing a good thing for the community by letting them do this. Well… it’s annoying to this shopper! Maybe you’ll let me set up shop in front of your store so I can bug your customers and ask them to sign a petition to make you stop letting people solicit inf front of your stores. Hopefully you get my point.
Otherwise 5 stars!

They are adding more stuff to the organic selection, the more they add, the more I will shop!!!
Most employees are friendly, not all of them, but most of them. Parking is not an issue at all.

In general I really like Stater Bros because they offer good quality food at an affordable price. I like this one in particular because it looks clean which means they keep it in good shape. It is centrally located and very close to my house, so whenever I need to make a quick stop and pick up a few things for dinner I just go there.
There is always parking near the store so don’t really need to walk very far. Whenever I needed something or had a question there was someone near by to assist me. They always greet me at the checkout and ask me if I want my groceries in «Paper or Plastic». I generally get plastic. So overall, this is really good neighborhood grocery spot.

I guess I’ll be the first to review this place. I came here with my son’s god father for some ice cream and ice, his little girl’s b-​day party. Plenty of parking in this shopping center and nice girl scouts selling cookies outside the Stater Bothers.
Staff is very polite and attentive with people coming in, plenty of smiles. If you live in the Eagle Glen area, make sure to shop here for some great prices. Residents have no other options because there are no other other grocery stores in southern Corona. This is good for Stater Brothers.
