Over promise. Under deliver. Went in for a simple quote for screen printing of shirts. Informed 2 times that I would have the quote, which never came. I did get a call from them after I had informed we were going to find someone else. I figured if they really wanted to make things right they would have offered a discount for the inconvenience.

Long Long time customer been using Sunset for 20 years for work and daughters drill team, high school cheer team, sons football team and baseball team. We have used Sunset Graphics for over 10 years now, and they have always been amazing. Recently they really helped us out of a jam (less than 24 hour turn-​around) for some embroidered hats! They went above and beyond, and really saved the day! Kudos to Sunset Graphics; you have a loyal customer forevermore! :)

I recently placed over a $ 500 order with this company. Invoice was approved and I paid my 50% deposit. I even referred more business to them. The person I referred to them was given a $ 5 price to add numbers to the back of $ 17 sweatshirts. Which in my opinion is over priced. That person called me and asked if I was charged that, I wasn’t according to my invoice. So she ended up calling and asking why someone else would not be charged. Apparently it was an oversight they said and ended up emailing me a new invoice charging me after it being their error! I have already collected money from my parents and was not about to ask for more. I voiced my frustration with the company and asked them to honor their invoice that I have already put a deposit down for. The said they wouldn’t and I can cancel if I’d like! Are you serious??? Apparently they did not need my business or my friends business– because she ended up canceling her order as well. They would rather lose about a $ 1000 worth of business for $ 55? The bright side is that we found a company to do the order cheaper (only charge $ 2 per number but even though they cost money they are doing it at no charge), and will be ready for pick up sooner! If this place would have offered me a discount of some sort for their error I probably wouldn’t have cancelled my order.

I have been using Sunset Graphics for all of my company’s embroidery needs for over 4 years now and they have been nothing less than amazing! Their prices are always fair and they consistently produce extremely high quality products. I was able to see samples of the shirts and hats at their office and they even took me in the back to pick out my thread colors. I highly recommend them and I will be a customer of theirs for life.
