After last fiasco, should have changed doctors. I am now. Called to get refill on antibiotic, as sinus infection still active after 4 days. Office said would speak to Dr. Khan and get back to me. 24 hours later, nothing. Called again. On hold for 20 minutes, as they couldn’t find my file. Finally, said would call it in. Waited 2 ½ hrs, went to pharmacy. No prescription. Called office again. Got a recording. Called again. Recording. Called again. Recording. Called again. Spoke to office and was put on hold for about 10 min. Said would call in. Finally, my pharmacist spoke to them as they called in an OTC med. Really? OTC for a sinus infection? Told them to get my records together and I will pick up next week. Will not go there ever again. What do you want to bet that they won’t have my records ready for pick up? The Keystone Cops possess better organizational skills, and since when does a doctor refuse to provide antibiotics for a sinus infection? Final insult? Not one single«I’m sorry» for the idiotic chaos of calling in a prescription. Done. Done. And done.

I have been going to Dr Khan since 2006 and I can say without a doubt she is the most caring, thoughtful, compassionate Dr I have ever seen. My mother, father, brothers and boyfriend all have Dr Khan as their primary care physician. My mother was very ill for several years, Dr Khans never gave up and was the driving force to get my mom the surgery she needed. I cannot thank her enough! As for her staff, all I can say is AWESOME!!!
