Very good service and I just recently got Vision insurance for me and my wife. The doctor in the office was very helpful and nice. Prices on glasses weren’t to high and clean office. They do offer insurance plans on the glasses if you do want it. I have 30 days from purchase I think I am going to go back and get it.

The wait to pick up contacts or even be helped is always long. Purchased contacts here and had it tear right away I called they said I had to go thru manufacturer of the contacts. I just tossed it. 6 months later it happened again called corporate and found it they are suppose to replace it! Now my prescription has expired so in order to get a replacement I have to go have another eye exam for $ 100. I’m getting my prescription from another place now and will return to get my contact replaced and then no longer will use this store. You lost a customer.

I bought a pair of glasses in March by September the coating wore off, they offered no help at all with replacement since I did not buy the warranty. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and had my last pair for 4 years so I know how to take care of them. I will never go back again and just beware their customer service at this location is rude and not helpful. It is just a shame that you spend so much on glasses and don’t buy the warranty there is no help offered.

Great selection of glasses, and the staff is super friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. I ordered regular prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses at the same time. It was a pricey purchase, but they always have deals and they’re still cheaper than any Lenscrafter-type store. The employee(Cindy) was extremely helpful and she helped me out a lot. They quoted me 7 – 10 days for both pairs to come in, but they actually came in 3 and 4 days after ordering them. Super quick! Paid the optional $ 20 extra for the one year warranty, highly recommended! They keep your prescription and warranty on file, so you don’t have to bring in any paper work when you have to come back. Only bad thing is that the store can be a bit understaffed for how busy it is. I’ll be back for here for my next pair!

Called and got an appointment within the hour. Everyone I encountered was super nice and helpful. They have a decent selection of designer frames, so I got the exact Ray Bans I wanted. The glasses were supposed to be ready within 7 – 10 business days, but they were ready in 4 business days! I got a great deal on my glasses and I wont be going anywhere else in Corona.

I was in a hurry to get a new pair or glasses since I lost mine and I am supposed to wear them all the time. I went to this Wal-Mart which is right up the street from my office. First the place is dark and uninviting and the associates are rude and look very unprofessional. I went ahead and got the vision exam and the doctor was okay but I thought I will just have her give me the prescription and I will go else where for the prescription, but as soon as she walked out of the room they took me over and told me to look around and find a pair of frames that I I thought maybe I had to get the glasses there. So although I did not find find anything I loved I found one that would work. This was a very difficult task since there were carts all though out the place I had to move them back and forth to be able to look. I then told one of the associates I found a pair and she told me «go sit over there and some one will be with you in minute» as she pointed to one of the tables. So finally a girl came and sat down in front of me and started typing on the computer and then proceeded to try to up sale me on a few things. These exact words came out of my month«I want basic lenses, nothing extra» I guess I should have known she was not listening since she asked my about something else extra. Also mean while she was having a conversation with the other associate there and helping several other customers at the same time. Then she was done and told me to go to the counter and pay my balance. I knew I had a $ 10 co-pay but the total was $ 50 but since I was in a hurry to get back to work I though maybe my vision was bad so I had to pay extra for the lenses. I did not thing much about it after that until the next day when one of the other girls in my office stated we have 100% coverage on the lenses regardless of the vision type. So I pulled the receipt(which I did not look at before) and say that there was a $ 70 charge for the lenses. I called and the so called manager tried to blame me for the whole thing and stated I asked for them or maybe it was he type of glasses that I picked(if so it was not mentioned) then told me she needed to talk to the girl who did it to get her side of the story. She put m eon hold and came back and said the girl remembered me(yeah right) and knows she went over it with me. I told her I wanted to cancel my order and she told me she would call me back. She then called me back about 20 minutes after and said the girl took notes and in the notes it stated she asked me about it. Ummmm… no notes where taken she was to busy doing a million other things. So to me it seems like they try to get you over as much as they can. I am going in today to get my prescription from the doctor and get my money back and I am not ordering the glasses from them I will go some where else.
