I always have good customer service when i go here. The prices are not expensive at all. I get the 4.00 $ frames only problem is im really blind so my lens r not cheap. But its ok

Complete slackers! Inept at dealing with your insurance company, they fail to return calls in regards to wether or not the frames you want are in stock, they don’t even know their own products! Costco is the answer, better service, better products, better prices… and they’re just across the street.

Worst. Ever. I attempted to get lenses for my brand new frames FOUR times from the same people and each time they dropped the ball and did NOT do what they said the would do. I JUST WANT MY GLASSES. Please say you’ll do what you say you’ll do… or else I am left wasting gas from driving over there so many times without any resolution to my vision needs.
I went next door to Costco vision just for a price quote and they helped me more than Walmart in one try!
I would not recommend going there. No really… don’t go here. –__–
