Windsor

I am super disappointed with this location. It was my first time here and I won’t be back. I am a long time patron of Windsor, most of the contents of my closet is Windsor. My main stores have always been the Brea and Chino Hills location. I frequent these stores so much that most of the associates know my routine and style. Even if I don’t know the sales associates, I can always guarantee great and helpful customer service.
Not so with the Dos Lagos location. Not only were the associates standing around gossiping and looking pissed, when I purchased my item, the associate who rang me up had a perma-​scowl on her face, asked me if I tried on the dress (what does it matter?), and proceeded to ask another associate to double check my hundred dollar bill, who then scrutinized my currency and talked out loud about verifying it.
I’m sorry, I know I walked in looking a hot mess, with no makeup on, and I probably looked like I walked in off the streets. But in retail, you should never judge a book by its cover. (Or in life, for that matter.)
I literally left feeling upset by the lack of customer service in this store. I’m never one to brag but this location lost an amazingly easy and good customer. I’m the kind of customer that will walk in, grab whatever looks appealing, doesn’t try anything on, and usually spends a couple hundred per visit. I never return anything unless it’s damaged.
So next time, why don’t you try «Hello», «How are you», «Can I help you find anything?» Or «Is there anything you’re looking for?»… Or if it pains these associates that much to speak politely to their patrons, a smile does wonders.
And for the associate who rang me up, I know I looked like I got ran over, but try blending your blush, honey, before you get your stuck up attitude all over the clothes.

Bought a prom dress the other day for my daughter. Nice selection and the saleslady was really helpful.
