23 days late doesn’t equal 7 business days. I did try to address the issue privately, but when the promised delayed date came and went and three days later there was still no word from you, then I decided to post a review.
If my concerns had been addressed properly in private then social media wouldn’t have been necessary. It’s a shame that you consider my honest and well thought out review as slanderous. Best of luck.

Ellie’s work is absolutely beautiful. Top notch quality. Additionally she is a pleasure to work with, very kind and patient. She was calm and at ease with our baby despite baby being tired and needing to feed during the shoot. We saw Ellie for a beach shoot and used the photos for Christmas cards and gifts. Our extended family loved them. We will definitely use Ellie again!

We recently had family pictures taken by Ellie and they turned out amazing! We took sunset pictures on the beach and they all look great! Ellie was so sweet and fun to talk to. She was very patient and understanding and really great with my 1 and 3 year old children. We got our images back within days too. I highly recommend Ellie for any family or children’s pictures. She is very professional and I am in love with all of the pictures we just got back.

After a last minute change of location-Ellie was so ready willing & able to handle anything my 3 girls threw at her! My daughters really enjoyed the photo shoot & still talk about her!
