Victoria is extremely dishonest to her contractors and clients. I paid for management services only and she attempted to decorate and charge me for it. She did not pay contractors on time and I received several phone calls from various contractors seeking payment and threatening liens on my project. Contractors informed me that she said she was waiting on payment from me in order to pay them-​I PAID HER UPFRONT without seeing any invoices. I had to call contractors personally to receive invoices since Victoria has never provided one invoice and never will. After getting invoices on my own did I learn that she was double billing me, billing me for things that were never done and overcharging me her 15% which is illegal for her to do since she is not a registered contractor. She was never on the job and many of the items I requested up front were never completed-​but I was charged for them. She charged me outrageous management fees without discussing with me first, just billed me and didn’t manage much of anything since contractors were calling me.
She also set up a «joint» bank account where I was told to deposit money… When I went in to Chase Bank to ask for copies of statements they said I was not authorized and that she was the owner of the account. I had no access to MY MONEY.
Be careful when signing one of her contracts because it is written that if you try to sue her that you have to go through arbitration which means you can not go to court. Her contract is also shady in that it says it is only valid in the state of Colorado which means if you try to sue her you have to go to Colorado to do so and the Colorado laws apply. I have all documents on file that I am willing to share to show proof of her dishonesty…
