Have been staying here for years. This older well maintained little place is quite, clean,
safe.
John, the innkeeper, keeps on top of the place day and night.
Highly recommend.

Greg and I had a wonderful 3-​day weekend here. Very clean and accommodating. The Innkeeper John was very friendly and knowledgable about where to go and how to get there by free shuttle. Never had to drive anywhere on the island. A little expensive, but it was worth it to be steps from The Del. I will definitely be back again soon.

My husband and I stayed here for just a night so we could have a night out in Coronado. We had a great time. Location is everything! We biked around the entire island and then walked to dinner and a few bars. The place is very well kept. It was rainy so we weren’t able to use the pool. The innkeeper is so nice-​but yes-​strict! Not being pet friendly is a real bummer for us! But, all in all-​it was a nice weekend away from home and the pups! It is a little pricey compared to the other smaller hotels on the island. But, the location is the best and compared to Hotel Del… it’s a steal! I would recommend this place.

Right across the street from Hotel Del Coronado along with the beach yet only ¹⁄₃ the price. Nice little momo, super clean and well taken care of. The rooms are small and old fashioned. The caretaker dude is super strict about loud music, talking and sandy feet. But whatever, just don’t scream when you’re having sexy time and move the bed away from the wall.
They have a little pool and area to lay out, emphasize little. The place is cool though because of the location and price. Also right down the street from tons of restaurants and shops. We went on the weekend and it was $ 120 a night but across the street it was close to $ 300 and sold out.
The beach is beautiful, especially at night. Very scenic and relaxing.

Very overpriced. Nice location and helpful staff, but still overpriced for what it is. Swimming pool is tiny.
