Boot barn had everything we were looking for and more. We each got a pair of boots — cowboy boots and steel tipped work boots. Each a hat — Resistol and felt. My husband also got some classic cowboys shirts and a western style belt. In addition, I found a rain-proof duster long coat that fit with little adjustment something I have needed for a while now. And the clincher was the longhorns about. 5.5 ft wide. Service from Jeff was great, no hard sell. We were in the store at least 2−½ hours and he patiently waited on us each step of the way. I strongly recommend to anyone visiting the west. We don’t have such stores in the northeast.

What an awesome place for western wear/gifts.
What a great staff, especially Kimberly.
I went there on Saturday, Dec 28^th to shop for some working boots.
She helped me find the perfect pair. She provided no pressure and was quite helpful. She certainly knows her boots.
Specifically, customer service at this place it makes if fun, comfortable, and gives you feeling that someone cares about what you are looking for and will help you find it.
