We managed to get our glasses fixed yesterday, but the employee that helped us was rude beyond belief. Smart mouthed guy seemed appalled that we would bring our glasses back to them telling them that the script in them was wrong, challenging our eye doctor who checked them,. He said their machines here are correct, the doctors must be wrong, it was a mess from the time we started with him till the time we left. It would raise my blood pressure again to relive it…
So, we came back, 6 hours later, when they were finally corrected, and helped by a wonderful girl, Vanessa, who witnessed the whole fiasco that morning and apologized for him. My hubby’s glasses are now perfect (of course…)
But we will never return there.

I bought 4 pair of glasses, including a pair of safety glasses, as almost all my family wears glasses. They have fast and friendly service and the lens they had to order arrived quicker than promised. The optometrist messed up my sons prescription and this place remade the lens for free.

The folks here know customer service; always professional, friendly and attentive. They definitely have the best prices for glasses. There can be a wait. Just be patient.

I went in with a prescription and got two pairs of glasses for 90 buck in an hour. The place next door will do an eye exam for 80 dollars. They do not have the greatest selection of frames, but everyone was pleasant and did not push me to get any upgrades. I will definitely go back!
