We ended up here two nights in a row — it was the only place around we could get a good viewing for the baseball game. When we walked in the bartenders asked us what we wanted to watch(they could tell we were looking for something) and put the game on for us. Very nice. Drinks were pretty good — they have small bags of chips but I don’t think they have food. I think they will order a pizza for you if you want. Pretty big place with a pool table and some other bar games.

Went to Mulligans last night with group of co-workers and ran into Shelby the bartender. Her service and drinks were the best. We will definitely be back tonight.

This is the most fun loving and incredible bar that corpus christi has to offer! Full five star rating. Great drinks cheap prices and a great staff that makes you feel welcome no matter what. The music is controlled by you. A jukebox plays jams that rock the house or set you in a timeless dream. Amazing place to chill and hang out after a long days work!!!

This place is expensive and not that exciting compared to other bars downtown. They have a wide selection of liquor and beer at least. They create funny named shots, haha. But once it gets packed on weekends or fridays, not a very pleasant armosphere with ypur friends because of lack of tables/seating and loud obnoxious music. Its just not for me.

OFFENSIVECUSTOMERSERVICE! After reading Unilocal reviews, I was excited to check out Mulligans with my boyfriend. First of all, this bar is DEAD and now I know why. I witnessed a female customer be sexually harassed by the bouncer and when she asked to talk to the manager he was blatantly rude and called her a liar(because the bouncer said he didn’t do it). If this is the way female customers are treated at this bar, I would suggest going elsewhere. In addition, the bartenders are rude and spend more time talking to each other than making drinks. I asked the female bartender to make me a Mind Eraser and she gave me something completely different. I asked her to remake it and she made the exact same drink. CRAZY!

Awful staff. The bouncer asked to see my tits. rude! The manager is a dick and a liar saying he doesn’t know who the owner is. Horrible customer service, been there twice would never return. Plus their bartenders don’t even know how to make half the shots you request. Stupid staff!

Dive… Nice hole in the wall just to play pool and drink beer. Good selections of micro beers and mixed drinks. Beats the hotel bar.

Meh. Rules rules and more rules. That’s what I gathered from this place. That and a sticky foosball table. The only reason I give this place TWO stars is the SUPERCHEAP shiner draft beers. Something stupid like $ 2 – 2.50? I had a makers and water and I swear it was a tall glass. I turned away after the bartender pulled out a jigger and I scoffed at it and she was embarrassed. When I turned back I saw the size of the glass and asked if she had anything smaller. Her response was a shot glass. I just drank the drink like the water it was and moved on to Shiner on draft. The majority of the crowd were either regulars or the managers friends. This place was W-E-I-R-D. Now I know where NOT to go if I stay in Corpus again.

My favorite bar when I’m come to Corpus Christi. My old band used to play there and Amos & Company always took really good care of us when we were there. They have live bands on Sunday nights, charge no cover and have really good drink specials. The best place to stop by for a drink in the coastal city. My only complaint, free parking is hard to find in Corpus, even on a Sunday night.

Good place, good vibe, cheap drinks. Mostly a college crowd. They have two pool tables, but not much else for fun. Good bartenders with prompt service. They have a «fish bowl» drink for $ 25(I think?) that comes in a big bowl with 10 long straws. Essentially a long island iced tea, it’s good for a party crowd.

I was recently in Corpus traveling for business. I was staying at the Omni hotel on Shoreline and decided I couldn’t take the Gulf humidity so I wandered down to Chapparal street for a cold beer with one of my buds. We stumbled into this place around 10pm(if memory serves me correctly) and grabbed 2 seats at the end of the bar. I instantly felt at home, this establishment reminding me of a bar I used to work at back in college. There were banners SCREAMING with cheap prices on beers and cocktails. I think $ 2 was the selling price for a bottle of brew. Coming out from California, this was like hitting the lottery! This shit was pretty much free! About 11pm rolled around and this place got packed! Now I felt like i was in heaven, this was like college all over again. 21 – 26 year old crowd, cheap alcohol, and beautiful(and extremely polite) women. The servers were cool and quick to refill/replace an empty container. I’m giving it a full 5 stars because of great service, good crowd, and(practically) free alcohol. I went back the next night(sunday) flying solo and hung out with the bar staff as they had a band playing a few sets throughout the night. The bartender was gorgeous and super nice, and kept a full glass of Ketel in front of me. All in all, an excellent bar. Young, fun crowd/staff. I’m surprised I remember it. I’ll def return the next time i come to Corpus.
