My Favorite Muffin & Bagel Cafe

This is, by far, the WORST my favorite muffin I’ve ever been to. I say this, because the past 3 visits have been awful. The last visit took the cake. The employee had no clue how to make the protein shake I asked for. It was ruined, and yet she didn’t bother to refund my $ 11 for both protein shakes, or even offer up an apology. I will never visit this location ever again, and will stick with the SPID/​Weber location. The owner of the Staples location should take tips and learn how to run a business correctly from the super sweet lady at the SPID/​Weber muffin shop. Sorry Staples, you’ll never get another dollar from me. You still owe me $ 11.

The hubby and I decided to stop. We noticed some oddities. First the parking. Two way entry arrows into the parking lot but parking spaces facing exsit. So technically entry should be via the side street and drive behind the building. Mind you we found it odd.
Second…table and chairs are too close. Felt congested.
Third. They did not have an alternative to milk, such as soy or almond milk. Items mainly consistented of cream cheese products… if a customer is lactose or allergic to milk products the choice of muffins is limited.
In addition, my muffin tasted old. It had a freezer burn taste. The bottom of the muffin was crusty and burnt.
Then, I over heard another customer complain about his milk tasting old, rotten, and sour.
No, this couple will not return. Disappointed.

This place was great. The staff was super friendly. The food and coffee were yummy. And let’s just say they call it My Favorite Muffin for a reason.

Very cute logo… mini muffins were old… pig in a blankets were good… not much to say sadly. Better places out there.

Stopped in this morning for muffins, remember them being really good.
Well the ones I got this morning were not good at all most tasted stale .
Was really disappointed quality of product has really declined.
Perhaps it is just this location?

I love their muffins!!! This is my most favorite place to eat unhealthy at lol they make nice combos for their muffins like the blueberry cream cheese or apple cinnamon. Delicious!

I love this place. The staff is extremely friendly and the muffins are great! The coffee is pretty good and the BLT with jalapeño cream cheese might change your life!

More like my LEAST favorite bagel. They are sweet, yeasty, and not the proper substantial consistency for a bagel… They were almost soggy. The jalapeño/​pepper jack bagels I purchased had a slice of processed American-​style cheese set on the top of them. They were disgusting, and I ended up having to throw them out. They weren’t cheap, either.

I am rating this place OK! Because at first this place was really good, the past times have been so-​so… the employees havent been that friendly and the muffins dont seem to be fresh as they were about 6 months ago. It looks as if this place needs a little help… before I would visit about 3 times a week… its been a little while since I have been back… will have to see if they have better employees and better muffins!
