Hanging out with friends. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I had the figure it out burger where you build your own. The burger has a great flavor and some type of marinade that gave it a good unique taste. You receive regular and sweet potato fries with your order. Only drawback is the parking lot is small though there is more in the rear and I ordered my burger medium and it came out well. Still enjoyed it though.

This Bistro has a tap room with microbrewed beer from four local places. These include: Marble, Turtle Mountain, La Cumbre, and Santa Fe brewing. In addition, their website advertised a tea beer(Chai IPA), brewed on-site. Unfortunately, they were sold out of this beer when we visited. I had a pint of Santa Fe’s State Pen Porter and the wife had Marble’s Oatmeal Stout. We ordered a growler of the Porter, it was so good! There was a live five piece band playing on the Friday we visited, and they were very good. The guitarist stated he used to play for Bo Didley and the folk songs they played were upbeat and fast. The harmonica player could really belt out a tune. The crowd was engaged and not sitting there like a bunch of Zombies. The service was a little slow, but to be fair, the place was packed inside and out. Yes, even though it was cold, people were enjoying the outdoor seating. The waitress was friendly and the tables and bathrooms were clean. The food was above average. If you go, try the green chile tortilla burger, it will knock your socks off.

Order the NM Tortilla Burger. It’s good. The ingredients were very fresh and flavorful. I substituted the fries for the green chile fries and I’m glad that I did. They were crispy and delicious. My only complaint and the reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars was because of the beer. I ordered the Marble Oatmeal Stout and it was delicious however it was not very cold. Other than that minor issue I will most definitely be back to this establishment again real soon.

We ate here on a beautiful Saturday afternoon… sat on the patio along with the other 3 – 4 groups that were eating here. It was a lovely, serene setting… the back parking area was empty, so we got to enjoy Corrales(including the horse parking area) in all its splendor. The beer was ice cold and served promptly. They call themselves a brewery, but instead of making their own beer, they serve a variety of other New Mexican micro brews on tap. The ham and cheese sandwich my husband ordered was standard-issue(you can’t mess up ham and cheese on a bun), and my burger was delicious and eaten in short order. Service was laid-back but personable. We enjoyed ourselves, and will eat here the next time we make it up to Corrales. Thank you!

The atmosphere is much better than the food. The live music and patio are fun! But the food is sad. It’s kinda just thrown together it seems and the craft of cooking isn’t there. Lots of local beer though! I’d go back for the music and just order a beer.

Everything started out just like any other dining experience. Me and my sister both ordered the grilled cheeses but my sister asked for rye bread and onions in hers, we both asked for ranch and mentioned that we would order wings to go for our parents before leaving. After quite some time he came back with the food and we ordered the wings. After our server left we realized my sisters order wasn’t right at all. The onions were in a cup on the side, which was a problem bc when she tried pulling bread apart the put them on herself it just tore the whole sand which. Also she didn’t get the rye bread and neither of us got the ranch we asked for. We didn’t see our server for another 15 minutes at least and when he finally came by to ask how everything wAs, my sister told him very politely that her order was wrong… That was the moment he became mute. He didn’t say anything or look at us, just grabbed the plate and threw the meal away in front of us like we offended him. I also tried calling after him about the ranch but he gave me no indication that he heard me. Another ten minutes later he’s coming with the ranch but instead of handing it to us, throws it on the table and walks away without any eye contact whatsoever. Immediately we feel extremely uncomfortable and aren’t sure what we could’ve done to piss him off so badly. He then comes back with my sisters sandwich probably another 15 minutes later and she tries saying thank you and it’s ignored. We didn’t see him again until he dropped off the wings in to go boxes, again not a single word or glance in our direction. I cleaned the table for him and stacked the dishes to make it clear we were ready for our check since we were being ignored the entire time. We never even got refills for our water and he never stayed long enough at the table for us to ask. The sad thing is that the food was pretty good but I will never forget how uncomfortable the server made me feel and so I will never go back. Also I noticed two other tables sitting outside that got ignored even more than we did. Such a shame. Server was a younger man, dark hair, all black outfit, with a hat.

Great food, awful service – very uncomfortable because our waiter didn’t speak to us or look at us… Not in a shy way, but in an angry way. Everything seemed fine until I mentioned my meal didn’t come out right. I wasn’t angry about it and was going to eat it anyway, then he asked«is everything ok?» And I said«actually this was supposed to be rye bread, and have onions», he quickly(and without a word) scooped my plate up and threw it in the trash in an angry way… That’s the last he spoke lol. I thanked him over and over but he didn’t care to acknowledge it. Not sure what went wrong really… We felt like we couldn’t ask for refills or anything because we didn’t want to make him more mad than he already seemed. Very strange experience… couldn’t wait to escape the awkwardness! First time there was great though!

This is the worst food I’ve had ever. The nachos taste like gas station nachos and were cold by the time they came out. The roasted garlic and feta bread dippers tasted awful. It didn’t even come with peta bread, it came with toasted wonder bread. The only reason I gave this place one star is because I can’t give it 0 stars. I don’t know how this place has over 1 star. They probably pay people to rate them high. Because this food tastes like shart. We almost walked out but I felt bad for the people that worked there. Also note that they call themselves a brewery but they don’t brew any of their own beer. Our waitress told us that the owner hasn’t been there to brew, but after we stopped by another brewery to get that awful taste of prison food out of my mouth, our waitress told us that they have never brewed any beer at all. So good luck to anyone who eats there because I’m surprised I didn’t get food poisoning. And if you haven’t gone there yet. DONT. Go to Nexus or Canteen with great food and great service.

They don’t have any their own brews because they don’t brew their own brews! Nice selection of other locally brewed beers but they are not a true brewery. Food was ok. Nice table with some toys for kids where my daughter liked to hang out while we ate.

Love the live music and the local beers represented, but won’t be a 5 star until they start using real cheese instead of snack bar canned cheese on their nachos… Common Corrales Bistro– you’re better than that.

Food is awesome, like the outdoor seating to get a cold beer on a hot day. Would of been 5 star if waitress would of come around more, and if they had their own craft beers vs statewide breweries: La cumbre, Santa fe, marble, turtle mtn I had the turkey sandwich and wife got a wrap, would of gone wrap forsure if could of changed.

I have to say that the service at Corrales Bistro Brewery has gotten exponentially better since my last review almost three years ago so I felt the need for an update with an additional star! The staff is friendly and consistent – just like their food. My husband and I usually get the same things. He gets the Tower of Power which is DELICIOUS(if incredibly calorie filled). It comes with a beef patty(cooked to your liking) topped with cheese, green chili, salsa, all on a heaping mound of their yummy sweet potato/french fry mix. So good. I opt for the healthier Mediterranean Wrap which comes with feta, olive tapenade and tomato/lettuce but I always add chicken. It is SOGOOD. We both are obsessed with Marble’s Wildflower Wheat which they carry on tap along with a nice selection of New Mexico brewed beer. Most nights you can catch live music, which makes this place a fun AND delicious spot to be!

Horrible experience. Food is tasteless. Waitress looked like she hadn’t slept in a few days. Cook hanging out watching TV in the dining area. Only 2 other tables occupied. No refills. Asked repeatedly for our check.

Great atmosphere. Great selection of beers. Enjoyed our time here. Our server was also really helpful. We are from out of state and asked him for some suggestions on things to do. He was nice enough to write several down for us and he definitely did not disappoint!

I love this place during warm weather. Sitting outside on their patio is just lovely. Maybe because you are in Corrales and feel like you are off the beaten path? Maybe. Whatever the reason may be, I just love the feeling I get of enjoying a tasty beverage here. Their burgers are not half bad either. I’ve been a handful of times and I’ve never been disappointed. If you want a chill place for a drink or a low-key dinner, you should be pretty happy stopping in here. Check out the wall where they have their taps… beautiful!

First time here and Yes staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is very well prepared and presented. Beer selection is awesome, but my first bite of my black and blue cheese burger was all i needed to knock it out and enjoyed doing it! I’ll post a pic o never mind to late. Date night was good with good music and light ambiance. It helps having a beautiful gal to do it with. Great couples getaway. Bread dippers are a must try, and the muddy muffin well check it out.

My husband and I have been going to the Corrales Bistro for a little over a year now. Seems like every time we go it keeps getting worse. Most times we just go for the live band and beer(they are not a brewery, but they do carry local beer.) Usually customer service is pretty good, but the last time it wasn’t. The nail in the coffin. Chips were stale and cold. The blue cheese was watery and had a scary bite to it. The waitress did replace the items, but no apology or really asking why? I would want to know why someone didn’t like my food so I knew how to correct it. I think they have given up. Sad I love ‘mom and pops’

This is your typical Sysco food stop. The burgers are clearly pre formed and frozen with flavor enhancements. The dinning room is loud which we previously saw in reviews but we didn’t think it would a big deal but it really was loud with drunk conversations across the room. We did have good service and the live music was nice(even though it pushed the overall volume up).
