El Mexicano Grill

Good was good. We brought a large group and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was fast and friendly.

I attempted to eat lunch here out of sheer curiosity. Being a fan of cheap margaritas and Tex — Mex I can assure you I’m not hard to please. Let me begin with the margarita. It tasted like lemon lime Gatorade left out overnight on the football field, and the tequila was non existent. Next, the queso. Oh I wish I could see the polyurethane tube it was squeezed out of. The origin of the quacamole must also have been tubular with a NASA approved shelf life for interstellar travel. I will not get into detail for the entrée, you can find it in any freezer isle at your local walmart. There must be some strange underlying reason this place keeps it’s doors open, and I don’t care to know less I want to burn in a stack of tires or lose body parts in some crappy border town in Mexico. Excuse me now while I go self induce vomit to prevent parasitic and/​or bacterial gastrointestinal infection. Para la amor del Espiritu Santos DO NOT EAT HERE!

We ate breakfast here. The food is great and there’s plenty of it. The wait was unusually long (about 30 minutes). The service was lacking, though. Our waitress disappeared and our coffee cups went dry for a while. The décor is modest.

It’s not my favorite, but is ok if your tired of the other «Tex-​mex» in town. they also are open for breakfast. if you like it quite don’t go on mariachi night.

Traveling through Corsicana looking for a good place to chow down on breakfast? This is the place for you. Friendly service, decent food for the price, easy access from Hwy 31. We would stop there again.

Delicious. Place has a nice hole-​in-​the-​wall feel. Try to sit in the back booths. Prices are cheap. Waitresses are friendly. Nice surprise to have a napkin dispenser, no need to ask for more! By far the best queso in town. ORDER THE QUESO!

Food was bland! No flavor at all. I got the taco salad and my sister got enchiladas and both were tasteless. The chips also tasted bad and the cheese dip was a joke. The only thing I liked was the salsa. I am not a picky person and I’ll eat pretty much anything but I literally couldn’t eat here. Don’t know why this place is rated so highly.

Best Mexican place to eat around here! Staff is attentive and friendly and the place is cheap!

This is a place I mostly go to for breakfast. We love coming here. The prices are great and the food is awesome. Stop by and try it out.
