I managed chronic arm and hand issues for over a decade with varying degrees of success but without ever solving the underlying problems. I found Allen online, and within a few sessions I knew I had a solution to not just feeling better for a bit, but truly healing my body and curing for chronic issues. The results have exceeded expectations! Allen is a true healer — in intuition, diligence and determination. And on top of that he is just a really great person I am glad to have met.

Allen saved my arm. My tennis elbow was so severe that it hurt while doing nothing. I became quite proficient with my non dominant hand but I needed to be pain free. After trying massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care(all of which I go to for other injuries) I went to Allen for resolution. Not only does he do his hands on work but because TE is his specialty he provided home exercises(to do and to avoid), website/video references. I found his office comfortable and clean, easy to find and access(big parking lot). Allen himself is mild mannered with a good sense of humor, making the hour zip by.

Allen’s knowledge and skill with body imbalances and muscular injury is second to none. He made my repetitve strain issues totally go away through great bodywork and great lifestyle advice that has changed my whole approach to total health. If you want to find the answer to what’s causing those nagging chronic injuries(which we all experience through the course of our life) Allen can not only relieve and make that pain go away but more importantly through him the root of the problem can be found. Allen really gave me the insight and enlightenment to great mind and body health which can’t be found just anywhere. No braces or pain meds necessary, Allen’s approach is really a great way to find body stability and to avoid painful cortizone shots and surgery.

Several years ago I had a serious case of Tennis Elbow. I went to my regular doctor and he gave me a brace. When the brace did not improve the pain, he suggested cortisone shots. I did not want cortisone shots, nor did shots seem like a long term cure. Research brought me to Allen Willette. I bought his ebook and made an appointment. His theory appeared sound but the reported results sounded too good to be true. In fact Alan’s treatments were effective beyond any expectation. It took only a couple of visits to get complete relief. My tennis elbow has never returned! Subsequent to the elbow problem I developed a chronic ligament problem in my groin that required crutches and at times rendered me unable to walk. As a dancer, this was a serious problem! Again I went to Allen. I experienced relief after the first session. Two to four times a year, I see Allen for maintenance and am fully active and pain free. Allen is attentive, gentle, knowledgeable and intuitive. His sessions are effective yet non-invasive. His work does not cover up the symptoms but actually heals the body. I recommend Allen Willette with full and enthusiastic confidence. Elizabeth Little, Berkeley California Teacher, dancer

I recommend Body in Balance if you want a highly trained expert to fix your problem. I came to see Allen because of a condition called«tennis elbow» that started to negatively affect my ability to work and play. He fixed the problem quickly and the best part is that I didn’t have to stop doing my activities.

I saw Allen for a persistent tennis elbow that conventional massage and even acupuncture couldn’t penetrate deeply enough to heal. He helped to re-pattern my arm, shoulder, back, and elbow so I now have greater range of motion and the tension that existed for so long in my arm has now relaxed. Shaking hands feels painless now, lifting and bending does too — it’s been a great success and only after 4 or 5 treatments! I would highly recommend this over chiropractic, over laser therapy, over ART(active release technique), and conventional massage. He even helped me with a random knee pain that I developed! One of the best parts was during the initial examination where he wasn’t even sure he could help me until most of the way through — definitely didn’t feel like a hard sell.
